Big house, great location

We stayed as a family with teens for 3 nights. The host met us and showed us around although it was xmas day and late. Super friendly host and very helpful.The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the main beach, 0.4 miles walk to the plaza where you find all the restaurants and art faire every Thursday. Wifi/AC/all appliances work. washer and drier are a big plus. Super clean and comfortable beds. House is big and everyone had space. The kitchen has almost everything you need in order to cook in terms of pots/pans/dishes. I was a bit hesitate to book as the place has no reviews but it was a good decision. Rincon was the best part of our trip.
