This cottage is centrally located, close to downtown, walking distance to Gladys Porter Zoo, The Childre's museum, Dean Porter Park, easy to get out of expressway, close to nice restaurants, bars, 30-40 min to Port of Brownsville, SpaceX, Boca Chica Beach, and South Padre Island.
