We were in town for the weekend to attend a wedding. Location was good and the place was very clean. I usually don’t like when a rental agency handles the property, but this was a positive experience. They were very responsive and communicated well.

Well appointed, very central.

Great little place to stay, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and very, very clean. We were visiting family so we weren't home much, but it was perfect for a few nights. Location is central, so there was some city noise, but that's how it works. Everything you could need is close by. Host was communicative and helpful.

Very simple basic supplies in the small kitchen. They supplied some coffee, salt and pepper. The furnishings were comfortable, clean and very cozy. It's a small apartment with 2 bedrooms and one small bathroom. It does have street noise but we did not find it bothersome. We could walk to the HEB super wonderful grocery!! We also walked to the beautiful Kerrville park. That was a big plus for me. There was a problem as the 2 air filters had not be changed for months and months, super dirty and very smelly. Notified the property managers and they were very quick about getting them changed. The apartment smelled much better but does have some older home odor. It's a very homey, comfortable place. I really liked the style of furnishings, very electric. The yard is well kept and pleasant. There is a small porch for sitting overlooking the yard.

Convenient location for going to the river. About a block away. Two blocks from HEB so easy walk there. Quiet and peaceful. We saw deer and wildlife nearby too so that was a nice bonus.
