The Master suite has a queen sized bed with a flat screen TV.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a DVD player
There is a large screened porch with a Hammock. There is a BBQ pit, a picnic table and chairs by the river. There is a Keurig coffee maker,washer/drier and all appliances. This property offers privacy with lots of wildlife and room to hike and explore. Great Bird Watching!!

Tim and Lori Brown and their two sons, Tanner and Parker have lived in the Kerrville area for over 35 years. Both boys were baptised in the Guadalupe River and their ties to the river and the hills around it run deep.

This is one of the most beautiful stretches the Guadalupe has to offer and is extremely private.
