This cabin was amazing! The property is beautiful and everything is so tastefully done and welcoming. What a treat to arrive to a handwritten note, homemade jam and farm fresh eggs. We loved every minute of our stay and the creek and wildlife experience were an added bonus! We will definitely be returning soon!!!

Such a lovely tranquil little spot. My husband and I were so happy in our cabin by the babbling creek. The wildlife viewing from the decks kept us entertained and walking around the property was so relaxing. Close to downtown Hamilton which is charming and has great coffee shops and a few really nice galleries. We were able to hire a local guide to take us fly fishing on the Bitteroot river. It was a special day on the water. I would recommend this over and over again.

We loved our stay in Montana because of this place. The owners were super wonderful about communicating with us. They were gracious and let us check in early too. We loved reading on the deck and listening to the babbling brook. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean cabin, love the creek frontage and wildlife. The owners are such a pleasure and right there next door, but you still have privacy. As an added kindness they even left us a jar of homemade grape jelly. Love this place!

Such a great place to stay!!! Fun places not too far away and just staying at the cabin, hanging out was wonderful. Feels very private, tranquil and the creek right next to the cabin was stunning. I spent a weekend here on a girls trip with a friend of 48 yrs and we will probably be back again. Thank you and sorry we broke a plate on accident. Beautiful property!!!

If even possible, the cabin was even cozier than I expected!! The personal touches were heartfelt and it felt like walking into a warm piece of home away from home. It was perfect.

Arrival to the cabin on Sleeping Child Creek was very welcoming. The host had gifted fresh eggs from the property's chickens in addition to homemade blackberry jam [berries from owner's garden]. The Creek down from the cabin porch provided for an auditory & visual nature infused week in the Bitterroot Valley. I also thoroughly enjoyed seeing deer graze on the open spaces surrounding the cabin at least twice a day. The cabin was clean, comfortable inside & out for a relaxing week w/host timely responding to a question here and there. Overall a nice property near Hamilton for my first visit to this Western Montana area in a quiet location to explore Bitterroot history and some of the Valley's geographic wonders.

Loved every detail throughout the cabin, so appropriate. Listening to the creek and looking around the beauty of the property were truly peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Seeing the old working stove and refrigerator was amazing. We enjoyed gazing at the mountains from the hot tub. The host was very responsive. We loved staying right by the creek, which you can hear inside the cabin- very relaxing. Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings and listening to the creek was a treat too. Check-in was smooth and the house is well located a short drive from Hamilton’s Main Street. If you’re planning to cook a lot, there is an Instapot or pressure cooker (can’t remember which) and all the other necessities, but I will note that the very charming stove top and oven are from 1929 so there’s a learning curve to managing stovetop temp. There is also a grill that we made use of!

The cabin was perfect for one or an intimate couple. Superb deck view of sleeping child creek. Only note us that instructions could be a bit clearer I which structure is the cabin. No biggie.
