About this property

Tastefully Furnished Downtown Apartment In The Historic Wesley Building.

Our exclusive vacation rental is accessed through the first level entrance foyer. This one bedroom unit has a comfortable and tastefully furnished living room.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent full bathroom.
Our apartment sized kitchen has a bar style counter for dining and the surrounding windows facing to the east let in the morning light.

We are located on quiet South 3rd, one block from Main Street. Our location is just steps away from downtown, yet it still offers easy access to mountain trails, winter sports, or perhaps a fishing adventure. Hamilton’s best restaurants, from casual to fine dining, are within a short walking distance. There is also a grocery store conveniently located one block away.
Off street parking for one vehicle is also provided.

We strive to make it as easy as possible to stay at our property, check-in is easy via our secure electronic lock.
The manager resides on the property and is available at most times to provide any needed assistance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR NOISE POLICY:
This apartment is located within a shared building, and rambunctious behavior including running, stomping, and hollering has the potential to disturb other guests staying on the property. Guests who choose to stay in this apartment are expected to be respectful of shared spaces. If there is any chance your group might not be able/willing to refrain from being boisterous, we recommend finding a vacation rental facility better suited to your needs.

Charming location in Hamilton

This is our second stay at the Wesley Apartments. Another fabulous visit! We appreciated the little extras awaiting us on arrival (i.e. snacks, drinks and coffee tokens). The property host is very accommodating and available to answer any questions. Highly recommend staying at the Wesley!

Charming Getaway

We were in town for a family funeral and the home was such a great getaway from the pain and sorrow we experienced throughout the days. helped to calm the troubled heart. Wonderful hosts and property was just perfect. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Historic apartment in the heart of downtown

I always enjoy staying at the Wesley building when I am in Hamilton. Downtown shops and farmers market are steps away, yet it's still a quiet and peaceful place to relax. Tons of trails, rivers, mountains, etc are a short drive away.

Home town visit

My husband’s family is from Hamilton. This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Hamilton. Barb and Lance are wonderful hosts and the unit is very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and wonderful snacks provided.

Beautiful Place

This property was one of the nices VRBO places we've stayed. The location was perfect. We were able to walk half a block to downtown. The farmer's market was just around the corner. Best of all was the garden where we didn't get to spend a lot of time due to other activities. We will definately stay here again if we come back to Hamlton.

The apartment is lovely and well stocked. Barbara was a wonderful hostess, the best we have had. There was a quick but violent storm and we lost power. We were offered to be put up in a hotel, but declined as the apt was nice. I will definitely stay here when I come to Hamilton!

Peaceful and beautiful respite

The apartment and grounds were beautiful and comfortable, quiet and peaceful and especially nice to stay at when we were visiting due to a death in the family. The hosts were wonderfully kind and attentive, left thoughtful snacks and drinks for our stay. Barbara was especially kind and I really appreciate her. My husband and I will definitely stay again the next time we are in Hamilton. Comfortable bed and wonderful place to stay altogether. Much better than a hotel. One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at.

Charming vacation rental

Lovely apartment situated in a beautiful brick building in the heart of downtown Hamilton. A very clean, well appointed living space with beautiful outdoor areas. It had everything we needed for our extended weekend. The location on a quiet tree lined street is an easy walk to coffee, restaurants and shops. The Saturday Farmers Market is just steps away. The property hosts provided information about weekend happenings and were available to assist should anything arise. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Shh, keep it a secret...

This is a lovely apartment, impeccably appointed, with class and character. We chose it for the nights after our wedding, and it didn’t disappoint. A piece of Hamilton history a block+ from Main Street. There is a slice of Eden in the adjacent sunroom/gazebo, and a gurgling fountain out front serenades anyone seated in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with pretty china and sundry items in the fridge. Bed and bath are quaint and serene. Even the bookshelf and china cabinet are a feast for the eyes with well-chosen books and collectibles. An impeccable property.

The Wesley Apartments are charming and situated in an ideal location! Will stay again for sure!

I've stayed in three of the Wesley Apartments and enjoyed everyone of them. All are charming, clean, and well appointed. Barbara is beyond accommodating (even helping with an AC unit!) and quick to respond. Lastly, the location is great and perfect to enjoy the farmer's market on Saturday's.

Excellent Location

This property was lovely! The exterior landscaping, huge trees and seating area were fantastic. The Farmers Market was located steps away. We ordered our crepes and breakfast burritos and ate them at the house on the veranda. We walked to Main Street for dining and shopping. Also, just a few blocks up is the River Park. Definitely recommend taking a stroll around the river and exploring. The apartment had absolutely everything we could possible want or need. The extra touches did not go unnoticed. We cannot wait to come visit again... loved it!

Why they chose this property

The WESLEY is one of Hamilton's most historic buildings. Built in 1895, it stood as the original servants quarters for Marcus Daly’s Ravalli Hotel. In 1919 the lavish Ravalli Hotel was destroyed by a fire, leaving the servants quarters as the only remaining structure. The building stayed in the Hayward family for several decades before being purchased in 2006 by Wes Mills. With this acquisition, came a comprehensive remodel, where the building was restored back to its original grandeur. Mills, who is an internationally acclaimed artist, took a hands on approach with the project. He was able to preserve the authenticity of the building as a five unit apartment.
Due to Mills’ integral role in the entire creative process, the WESLEY now remains one of Hamilton's most beautiful buildings.
