Nestled in the Pine in the heart of cape cod, our cabins are conveniently located at 864 Massachusetts Route 28. We are one mile on foot, bicycle or car to beautiful beaches and fishing. Shopping and other recreation just out the driveway. Adventure golf with driving range and an arcade is only a short walk away! Look up Bass River Sports World, Pirates' Cove, Inflatable Waterpark.

Summary of Cabin10: Wide pine hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, window ac, bathroom with tub shower combo, family ready kitchen, bedroom1 has a queen bed, bedroom2 has a queen bed and a twin, front grilling area w table, chairs, firepit, seating, back deck w outdoor shower for the ultimate cape cod shower experience. Parking for 2-3 cars at the location of your cabin. This cabin is set on a natural setting on the edge of the woodlands with lots of trees. The pool is about 200' from this cabin. The pool has a 6' security fence and open 9-9 daily once permitted by the Yarmouth Health Dept annually.

Come enjoy our outdoor heated salt water chlorinated pool, play volleyball on our beach sand, sit by the bon fire at our outdoor fire pit, relax in the hammocks, read a book under a shady tree, catch fireflies in the moonlight and gaze at the stars. Come enjoy Cape Cod with us in our lovely Cabin. We offer an old fashioned-wholesome vacation for the entire family. A good family pet is considered. It will be a vacation your family will remember for years to come.
From our family to yours, we invite you to share in all Cape Cod and Yarmouth Country Cabin has to offer. Kids will love our beach sand playground, fire pit, and salt water chlorinated heated pool. Play bocci ball, Badminton, Volleyball, Ping Pong, go for bike ride with bikes to borrow, walk our nature paths and soak in the sun at the many beaches nearby.

Planning a group gathering: The Barn has table, chairs, 48" grill, pergolas w patio lights, water feature, fire pit, refrigerator in the barn, gathering of 70-100 people.
The cabins sleep 70 at maximum in beds. A bit of tent camping could be fun.

Nice spot to relax and nicely located for activities

Nice being away from other cottages. On site activities good. Everything we needed. ( Toilet seat needs anchoring however and there was an ant problem)

Last minute booking— dog friendly

We were looking last minute and needed a dog friendly environment. Dogs are loved and welcome at the cabins, Andrey the manager was very accommodating.

Family GetAway

One of the best vacations we have had as a family. Jeff and Audrey were wonderful hosts! The cabin was excellent! Fresh flowers in the rooms, clean and well laid out inside! Grandkids loved the pool. So clean and spotless! Grounds were beautiful! Our own Weber grill, fire pit and yard chairs all set for us! Right off Rt. 28, close to so many beaches, Hyannis and of course the best chowder on the Cape, Captain Parker’s!! Looking forward to another getaway in October!!! Thanks again Jeff and Audrey !

Very good location cabin 10

The cabin is pretty from the outside. The cleanliness and quality of the equipment and facilities would greatly need to be updated. Dishes not too clean, towels and worn bedding. Pleasant to enjoy the pool. The location of the cabin is ideal for visiting the region. The manager and staff met on site are kind and friendly.

Cute little cabin

Great location - close to grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, mini golf and dining. Lodgings have everything you need but at a basic level but bring toilet paper. It’s more rustic and it’s the Cape so there were some ants and spiders but not terrible. Pool was amazing for small kids with the shallow end starting at 2ft. Pool was clean and had an abundance of seating. Would recommend. Also dog friendly.

Cute cabin

We enjoyed our stay in the rustic cabin. The access to the beaches and restaurants was so convenient. The cabin itself was woodsy and could use a good cleaning, but the bathrooms and beds were comfy. We didn't utilize the laundry or any of the amenities except the pool which was lovely. We enjoyed having access to the gas grill for the one evening we did cook. If we stayed again, we would bring some of our own favorite pans and things to cook with although there were some available in the kitchen. I might suggest a few more utensils be added to the kitchen. One of the bedrooms had an A/C unit, but the main bedroom did not and so it got a little warm at night although we did keep our bedroom door open to allow for the living room A/C to circulate. The property managers were very friendly and check in and out was so easy. Overall, an enjoyable stay and a good place to land in the evenings if you're busy sight-seeing during the day.

Great little cottage

My husband, son and I stayed in this cabin over the long weekend. It was perfect for our needs, with three beds. My toddler loved the playground and the basketball court, there was a lot of room to run around. It was also in a convenient location to get to everything we wanted to see--it was 5 minutes from Parker's Beach and the Whydah Pirate museum, plus a Stop and Shop only 3 minutes down the road for whatever else we needed. the only issue we had was our first night there, the hot water wasn't working. But Audrey kept us in the loop and we got it back the next day, so it overall didn't ruin our trip. We had a great time, and would love to come back in the summer months!

The cabin had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The pool and fire pit were great. The kids enjoyed watching the resident turkeys. Perfectly situated in the center of all the action. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Being able to bring our dog was also a bonus. Any requests were met promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

Cape Cod vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Cape Cod since there is so much to see and do around Yarmouth. Whale Watching Tour was amazing, the local beaches were great as was the lobster roll, for sure. The place itself was okay. Everything was working. The equipment of the kitchen had some lacks when it comes to matching silverware and such. Also it was not really smelling fresh inside. The cabin and it’s furniture are a bit dated, but good taken care of. Some light bulbs did not work, but it didn’t bother us. For us it was OK for the days we spend there, since we were most of the time out and exploring.

Cabins are adorable but need some deep cleaning. I’m assuming they are just getting rolling late as far as outside amenities bring in disrepair and not clean. Nice location friendly management on property.

Great little cabin in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay here, as the Location was great and cabin was very clean inside. Only complaint is that the back deck sitting area was not kept up. Cushions and furniture were filthy. But overall, would stay here again.

September 2019 Stay

We would have enjoyed staying at these cabins, however it had septic issues where you had to wait for the toilet to drain before it flushed. Four of us were trying to manage with this which was not good. The place was clean, kitchen adequate, but no dinner plates so we used paper plates. Nice location, nice pool, would have enjoyed it if it had not been for the bathroom issue.

We absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were sweet and peaceful. The cabin had everything we could need and was very clean. Our teenage children had so much fun swimming in the pool and enjoying the local fishing hole. We will be back next year for sure.

Stumbled upon this place when we needed to change our accommodations on the cape last minute. Spent 2 nights and it was great. Perfect for families with kids. Had a great little playground, pool and camp fire at night. Our kids loved it! Cabin was great. Clean and spacious and perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely return next year!!

It was just perfect for our family gateway vacation. The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Play ground area js a huge plus for the family with kids. Location is so convenient. Audrey, the owner is very nice and attentive.

Clean, updated, private and comforts of home!

The cabin itself was great!! Comforts of home, clean, updated, private and spacious. Minutes away from beaches and shopping. The pool area is beautiful and maintained very well. My only disappointment was the over all appearance of the common areas. Especially the playground as I have two little ones. There are old rusty toys that need to be removed. The fire pit area needed to be cleaned up and repaired...but over all we enjoyed our stay and would return!!
