As soon as you reached out to me, I acted immediately and dispatched my cleaning team back to the property that same night to ensure everything was rechecked and refreshed to your satisfaction. While I understand it caused a later start for you, I am glad the matter was addressed promptly and that the house was prepared for you to enjoy the rest of your stay. I take great pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation, and I am always responsive to my guests if anything ever falls short.
