This brilliant townhome in Charlotte offers a tremendous stay for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, including a bathtub and hair dryer, this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The additional living room space with a sofa bed adds extra comfort for your stay.
Immediately upon entering the living room you will be able to sit on a lavish
real Italian leather sofa. The living room is spacious and not crowded, the dining
area is new and plush and have sitting for four. The kitchen have quartz counter
tops. Recently ALL carpet from upstairs have been removed and replaced with waterproof laminate. No need to worry about dust mites or germs in carpet. Shower curtains have been replaced with glass shower doors, keeping in mind reasons for a very clean and safe home.

Prior to departing cut off ceiling fans, lights turn temp to energy setting, and leave parking passes. Failure to leave passes is $50.

Enjoyable experience

We enjoyed our stay here while we had our home in Greensboro renovated. We were especially pleased with the owner allowing us to bring our dog which many places ban. The heat broke during our stay, and the owner immediately had someone come fix it even though it was the weekend. We were very grateful for this. Overall, it was a great stay.

Comfortable home in a lovely quiet neighborhood

Irish made us feel so welcome in her lovely well kept home. The home is located in a great neighborhood and area near Greensboro. We appreciate the attention to details such as a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. The home was very clean. Thank you for the complimentary coffee and bottled water and Krispt Kreme dinuts!

Incredible experience

Our first time to use this service and we were nervous about how this would turn out. This entire experience has been fabulous. The home is in a prime location, close to a shopping center just a couple miles away. Beautiful cozy home, everything you need, clean... simply perfect! The owner was equally amazing. Quick to respond to inquiries and very accommodating. Home was beautifully decorated for Christmas too! Loved it!

Exceptionally clean and well equipped

We spent 5 nights at this house just before Christmas. We arrived late and the host has left on lights for our after dark arrival. We were quite pleased about the exceptionally clean house and the kitchen was the best equipped of any rental we have visited. The host was easy to contact and very prompt with her responses. The host even left treats for both the humans and our little dog. It is hard to find a house with a fully fenced backyard so we felt good about the safety of our dog in this fully-fenced yard.

Perfect home and owner was wonderful!

We stayed in this home due to the flooding caused by Hurricane Florence at the beach. The home was wonderful and very comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and only 1.5 miles from Guilford College where our son is attending! The owner was amazing. She had fresh brownies waiting for us when we arrived. She also offered for us to stay 2 extra nights without charge due to our home being destroyed during the hurricane. Every question and/or communication with the owner was promptly responded to and always so positive and thoughtful. You will not find a better home to rent or owner to work with in Greensboro. We will stay here every time we visit Greensboro!

Convenient, clean and super deal!

This was one of my first times renting a vrbo in the states. Usually I use them on vacations. This was a different trip - a work trip. While already dreading being away from the fam for 6 days it was so welcoming to come to a home with clean towels and a beautiful view! I loved the home. Myself and three business partners used the place for high point market and needed a quiet place for rest and recovery! Short drive to highpoint and tons of great eats along he way. The home was spacious and had 3 bathrooms! Wow!! The hostess left us a fresh fruit, snacks and bottled water. Not to mention the iron and tons of clean towels! The showers had amazing water pressure stocked with bath soap! It was like staying in a great hotel. We felt spoiled! 5 nights of comfort and little worry was what we needed after a long days work. Thanks and I'll be back next market!

Love Lives at Grannie Bert’s

Saturday June 8th, my family celebrated my mother’s 85th birthday at GRANNIE BERT’S PLACE with Mom’s kids; grandkids; and, great-grandkids along with a few other relatives & family friends. The home reminded me of my childhood home where my mother currently still resides only GRANNIE BERT’S was much MORE spacious for everyone (which was about 30+ ppl) to spread out/relax and enjoy one another - even the rain held off awhile for some of us to enjoy the large patio deck & the wonderful back yard (with the homeowner’s 10’ x 10’ tent and our own personal smaller screened-in tent). GRANNIE BERT’S PLACE was super clean / great-smelling, organized, very comfortable (beds & furniture), and stocked with EVERYTHING imaginable! When there are toys for little kids and frosted glass mugs in the freezer for adults among the many other amenities - You KNOW you’re home! And, we’re a family with LOTS of culinary background...the kitchen alone is highly equipped! I could go on & on however, what made it extra special (for me personally & I’m sure it was felt by others who celebrated/fellowshipped with us) was the sweet positive vibe atmosphere energy of the home - It felt like LOVE lives there!! :) My family has already inquired & we are planning to return very soon because a wonderful time was had by ALL. Irish, we thank you beyond words for the extra mile you went toward every answered question & the last minute dilemmas we had. You’re an amazing host!!

We had a terrific stay. The house had everything we needed. My wife fell in love with the new oven and all of the appliances/TV's worked great. The sheets and towels were super soft and smelled so good. We will be coming to Greensboro to visit family a few times a year and we hope that Iris will have us!

Great house, great stay

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Irish was very easy to communicate, we had no trouble. House is well equipped, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We had great weather and loved enjoying our morning coffee on the back porch. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, super close to the friendly center! Would recommend to anyone visit with a big groyp!

This house was exactly as advertized. Very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac so there is no street traffic. Fairly dated but I imagine at one point in time this was the neighborhood to be in. It met our needs perfectly.

Clean and convenient

We rented this house as a base for family activities prior to a weekend wedding. It was perfect for our needs, family of 4, one 5 year old, and 2 dogs. We didn't have the opportunity to cook, but the kitchen is fully equipped. We spent every morning on the deck, counting how many species of bird we could hear. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores. Our pets enjoyed the fully fenced yard. This was the first time in a long time we slept well in a rental house, on comfy beds. Thank you Irish for opening your home.

Irish's place worked out wonderfully. It was close to HPU, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem. There was plenty of room and we could bring our Golden Retriever, which was a huge plus! Very clean, good communication with owner - we recommend it.

Great stay in Greensboro

The home is just like the listing. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice backyard for the family to be together. There were only a couple of things I wish were better. The main thing is there is only one sofa in the family room that is not very comfortable so seating is a problem. The dining table is right there so we sat on those chairs but it would have been nice to have more comfortable seating to watch TV. The other thing is we spent The Easter holiday here. There are not cookie sheets or baking pans. I had to go buy some. Otherwise totally enjoyed our time. Very centrally located to store and restaurants.

Quiet residential section of Greensboro, NC

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. During our stay, we hiked in the vicinity, did some shopping, sight seeing, and saw a concert at the Coliseum. Our stay was amazing. The house is located in a quiet section of the neighborhood. The driveway is long enough to fit at least 4 cars and there is some on street parking. The house was clean and there is a private deck off the back of the house. The owner cleaned the house thoroughly before our arrival and had excellent communication with us. We would definitely return.

Clean and Serene Greensboro Scene

If you're looking for a quiet, pretty, Greensboro place that accommodates up to 8 people in beds, with room for a few more in portable cribs or sleeping bags, this one-story super-clean home with nice, elevated patio and big, fenced backyard (you can bring a few dogs, as we did) is your ticket. It has 2 bathrooms and a half-bath, kitchen with more than adequate cookware, plates, utensils, etc., and modern almost-new kitchen and laundry appliances. If you need anything, personable owner Irish is nearby, and quickly responsive. We were there for a daughter's wedding and it was perfect.

Nice one story beautiful and comfy house

This was a friendly neighborhood, clean well stocked, beautifully decorated home. I loved being able to find my own alone space in this home. Irish was warm, friendly, and very welcoming. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.
