This custom built high-end tiny home brings the owner's vision to life. It's a one-of-a-kind 14 foot ceiling design from a renowned local architect, assembled by a trusted custom builder, and finally, decorated and furnished with custom lighting accents and furnishings hand-selected by the designer.
This unique tiny home was designed to capture an abundance of natural sunlight with the 14 foot floor-to-ceiling windows. It's layout, design, and location captures the heightened importance of privacy and solitude prioritized by the owner.
Facing the backyard (out of direct sight from neighboring homes). The house has its own private entrance. All windows and doors are laden with custom remote controlled rolling blinds for additional privacy if needed.
Includes a fully stocked kitchen, full bath, bedroom, and washer and dryer.
Located in the heart of NODA you are just minutes from Uptown Charlotte. This location is surrounded with amazing local restaurants and nightlife.

The guests have access to the whole property besides the Main House in the front. The Tiny House and the Main House are rented out separately and have separate backyards.
