Just steps away from Chair Lift 20 on Vail Mountain is one the largest residences for rent in Cascade Village. With over 4,500sqft and 8 bedrooms you will feel at home, not hotel.

Find yourself emersed in your own private corner of this 2-story home or amongst a gathering of your closest friends and family in the main entertainment area. After a day on the mountain relax in front of the fireplace or soak in the private hot tub as the group`s chef prepares dinner in the fully stocked kitchen.

Downstairs (Main Floor):

- Large living area with fireplace ,TV, and sofa seating.
- Dining area with seating for 12.
- Fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, 6 burner gas stove, and bar seating for 4.
- Access to the patio with hot tub, grill, and views of the Cascade lift and ski mountain.

The property manager knew for a long time there was as no air conditioning working in the entire building yet never told us about it. Inside temperature was a consistent 81 degrees. Could not relax the entire trip!!! They would never own up to the fact that they knew about it the entire time. They said “ just open up the windows”. Which at this time there were wild fires so we got the choice of being overheated or smoked out….

What a great vacation!

The accommodation was amazing and description of property was spot on. Highly recommend bringing your family and friends here to enjoy the views and access to vail.

A beautiful condo as far as the views and layout for our 13 adults and 9 grandchildren. Fun game room. Furnishings were tired. Kitchen was great for our meal prep. The air conditioner was broken and we happened to be there during a very hot weather pattern. Only the master bedroom out of the eight bedrooms had working air-conditioning. This made it difficult for our 22 guests to sleep at night as windows had to be wide open in every other bedroom. Since the house is right next to I 70, traffic noise is constant. Had the air conditioners been working and the windows closed it probably wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. Our family and grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub for the first night and 2nd day but then it became unusable because the filter was needing a change. Communication with the management company was excellent, however, the issues were mostly unresolved for the remainder of our stay. The broken shower fixture in the main bathroom was fixed temporarily for us. We had to buy extra paper products and trash bags because the kitchen was poorly stocked. One dishcloth and one dish towel for 20 people was definitely inadequate. It required constant use of paper towels. The cost for this property is most likely in line with Vail properties, but the expectation was for better service and management to the property and equal to what we’ve experienced in other Colorado resort towns. We weren’t expecting to get “less“ than what we paid for.

We loved the space! Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and great pantry! Ice maker wasnt functioning but management offered to bring us some ice. Views are amazing! Loved the dining rm table for our group to dine together and play games. Would love to have been able to use the ceiling speakers but the Sonos speakers system didnt work with our app but we had our own Bose speakers so no problem! Hot tub was also great! We have been coming to Vail for 25 years with 17 of us and the group agreed this was the best place yet!!
