House was awesome for our family group of five. Close to town in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer was a great bonus feature. Would definitely book with this host again!

Great communication & Well Equipped Home

The host provided very quick responses to any questions I sent, along with very clear instructions regarding the property. The home is very well stocked with anything you could need and is very nicely set up with the amount of beds, linens, towels, etc. Highly recommend.

Exploring Kodiak

The home is perfect fort family and friends. Clean and comfortable. It is in a quit location . The Host is great! The Island is beautiful and has plenty to see and do. I will be back for a longer stay next year. very friendly community. Just remember the speed limit is 20 mph in town.

It was a clean home. It was quite roomy. My wife is particularly picky about sheets and beds, and while it wasn’t exactly what we have in our own home, it was better than even nicer hotels and she was very satisfied. The laundry was super convenient. We ate at home most nights and the kitchen was great. It is a quiet area on a quiet street. If you are looking something much more comfortable than a hotel stay, this is a great option.

The home was very clean, comfortable, and within minutes of restaurants and other amenities. The home is equipped with all the furnishing you need for an extended stay. Communication was excellent and I’ll definitely be staying here again!
