This serene house features 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds , (in one room the bunk is split into two (double bottom, twin top), perfect for a cozy getaway yet sleeps 8 easily. Enjoy the amazing amenities like a jetted bathtub, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Back porch has a pellet grill.

House was awesome for our family group of five. Close to town in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer was a great bonus feature. Would definitely book with this host again!

Great communication & Well Equipped Home

The host provided very quick responses to any questions I sent, along with very clear instructions regarding the property. The home is very well stocked with anything you could need and is very nicely set up with the amount of beds, linens, towels, etc. Highly recommend.

Exploring Kodiak

The home is perfect fort family and friends. Clean and comfortable. It is in a quit location . The Host is great! The Island is beautiful and has plenty to see and do. I will be back for a longer stay next year. very friendly community. Just remember the speed limit is 20 mph in town.

It was a clean home. It was quite roomy. My wife is particularly picky about sheets and beds, and while it wasn’t exactly what we have in our own home, it was better than even nicer hotels and she was very satisfied. The laundry was super convenient. We ate at home most nights and the kitchen was great. It is a quiet area on a quiet street. If you are looking something much more comfortable than a hotel stay, this is a great option.

This is the home I raised my family in, we love Kodiak and are happy to share this space and allow other to experience the island while staying in this quaint home.

Why they chose this property

We like the neighborhood, it’s on the reserve so no back neighbors, except bears and wildlife. It’s close to town for ease to get what you need and close to the harbor and restaurants, also it’s nice to not bee to far from the airport for early departures.

What makes this property unique

We have a nice big driveway that isn’t slanted so in winter you don’t slide down. It has a flat green yard for kids to play in, and a little hidden back yard to relax in when the weather is good. It’s a step away from great hiking too.
