Rented this home which was next door to our daughter’s house for a family vacation together. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Communication was wonderful and the home sits on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which is great for children. Thanks for a great stay!!

The place was very comfortable and clean. It was very nice to be able to cook meals and do laundry. Had everything we needed to have a great stay while visiting Kodiak for the first time. Yung was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. Way better than staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here when in Kodiak.

A great 2 BR / 1 BA upstairs apartment. Comfortable living room and most of what you need to cook and dining table. Beds and pillows are ever comfortable. Love the double oven for cooking meals. Close to town. In a quiet neighborhood.
