Your Historic Oxford adventure begins at this fabulous farm with a quaint 4 bedroom farmhouse. With 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds , and 1 full bed, Ac throughout. The best spring water flows from our artisan flowing well that feeds the house. This welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful environment. Located on a dead end road, you feel like you step back in time. Time seems to slow down when you arrive. WiFi(or you can turn it off and have no service if you would like to detach)full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, grill available. Relax on the screened in porch looking over the yard and horse pasture.
Fire pit in the yard with seating to sit and relax around. Pond to Bass fish in.
Trails to hike. We border the Finger Lakes Trail System with great scenic hiking. Maple syrup production happens on the property in the spring. Inquire about introduction to maple syrup production, during the spring season. We can also cook meals for guests in the maple shack during the maple season. For a great country living experience. There is a local farmers market to enjoy Saturday mornings in the village of Oxford. This property is centrally located we are 52 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame. 53 miles from Ithaca which has beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls. 20 miles from Animal Adventure and Safari. 17 miles from Chenango State park, which is a great family fun day location. 40 miles from ski resorts. 5 miles from the local VA home. If you are looking for other attractions or special amenities reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate. Horse enthusiasts welcome. We have extra paddocks you can keep horses in if needed please inquire. Ice cream shop 5 minutes away in Bainbridge. A few small local airports and air strips for the pilots looking for adventures and getaways. Skydiving available at the local KOIC airport through “Just jump skydiving”. It's a good, clean farm house with country style living. We used it for a location to house 4 workers. It had everything you need to cook and be independent. Like any country living you do have bugs, animals, horses, cat, and deer roaming around. If you're into nature and a quite peaceful location this is it! Jereme was very helpful and we would stay again.

Very Fun Family Trip

We had a great time staying at the property. We got to fish, see horses, and enjoy the outdoors. The kids loved it. Plenty of room in the house. Our favorite part was the very friendly barn cat Jackie!
