Our spacious and modern living space is designed with your family's comfort in mind. The integrated kitchen, dining, and living areas provide an inviting ambiance for quality time together, whether you're snuggled up on the cozy couches for a movie night or cooking up a storm in the bright and well-equipped kitchen. With stainless steel appliances at your fingertips and a variety of tools like a blender, crockpot, waffle maker, and electric griddle, you can easily whip up tasty meals to enjoy together. Serve up your delicious creations family-style at the sleek dining table that's set for 8, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

- Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a twin size bed on top, full size bed on bottom, and twin size trundle.

- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

- Please also note that additional fees will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Stairs are required to access the home's entry on the 2nd level.

- Parking space is available for up to 4 vehicles.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $60 per night. Guests must notify us in advance, submit payment for the heating fee, and allow approximately 2–4 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature. For safety and equipment protection, guests may not access or adjust the pool equipment or heater at any time. Unauthorized tampering will result in additional charges.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. - Pet friendly, please pick up after your pet during and after your stay, to not incur any additional fees.

- Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.
