This was the cutest and perfect 500 sq ft lodging for us. We spent 4 lovely evenings here as we traveled throughout the Upper Peninsula. Very clean and had the basics for light cooking. It mentions 3 min walk to Ferry. It was more like 10 min as we did a slow stroll and enjoyed the surroundings. The photos were very accurate. Perfect place for 2 people. Shower stall was very nice but might be considered small depending on your physique. There was no hairdryer, which didn't matter but might be helpful for future guests. I would summarize this as "Clean, Comfortable, and Cute!"

Booked for single overnight stay. Received confirmation at time of booking as well as morning of check in. Drove 4.5 hours to get there only to discover the code isn't working to get in. Walked around while waiting to get information from the host and someone is very clearly living in this unit. Once the host returned my call i was informed I could not stay that there was a issue with the unit....I would say someone else already occupying the unit is a issue. So now I am 4.5 hours from home with no place to stay. Host put blame on Vrbo, then canceled as "environmental issue" when the issue was someone else was already staying in the unit.

To summarize this property. Let me think a minute. Don’t stay here!!!! Terrible communication after we checked in and found the property unacceptable. Dirty, broken blinds that prevented any privacy. Owner would not respond to myself or the VRBO agent trying to contact her. We left and checked into a nearby Hotel that we had to pay for out of pocket. The owner did reach out 2 days later and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation by texting and guess what? NO contact in the last 5 days. Going back to my original line. DONT STAY HERE !!!!!!
