NEW construction, central AC, IMMACULATE private home, sleeps 6 - 4 bedrooms with 1 full and 1 half bath. - NEW salt water hot tub for 6 people and patio/fire pit installation summer 2025. Screened porch fully furnished. Quiet Sebago Lake neighborhood, build completed in 2024. Quick 3 minute walk to sandy beach and picnic area shared with 3 other homes.

Lots of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a large King loft. Living room is on the main floor and a large family room with a sectional sofa is in the lower level with a large 60-in TV Great for watching movies.

Bedroom two on main floor has full size bed
Bedroom three in lower level has two twin beds.
Bedroom four in loft has a king size bed.
Bathroom one is on main floor with a tub and shower.
Bathroom two is on lower level with a half bath and washer dryer combo.
Fully stocked kitchen and a grill on the deck off of the kitchen.
The screened-in porch has chairs and a comfy couch and a table that seats eight on the other side of the porch.
The home does not have a dishwasher.

Central AC, WiFi, PRIVACY, guests can relax and enjoy their stay. House is 1800 sq feet. Beach is shared with 3 other homes and is a 2 minute walk away. 2 kayaks..8 and 10 ft. 1 Paddle board. 35 mins to Portland ME. 2 TVs, one 55 inch.
Dog ok with approval and pet fee. Hiking, restaurants, ice fishing minutes away. Skiing is 30 minutes away.

Hot tub must be turned off and covered after each use. Children under 8 are not allowed in the hot tub.

Wonderful location with a very responsive host. Only critique is that the upstairs bed creaks loudly and was not very comfortable for us, but with four bedrooms there's a lot to choose from. Would definitely stay again!
