Enjoy kayaks, paddleboard, and water trampoline, unwind in the 5-person hot tub overlooking the lake, or sweat it out in the Nordic sauna (fits 6 adults). Relax on the dock, gather around the firepit, or lounge on the covered porch with lake views.

The main house sits closest to the water and features a lake-view primary suite, open-concept kitchen and dining (seats 8), cozy living room, and bunk rooms perfect for kids. The guest house offers two queen bedrooms, a kitchenette, living space with lake views, laundry, and individual climate control in every room.

A full children’s playset, expansive lawn, and serene shoreline make this property equally perfect for kids and adults.
Located on Thomas Pond, a pristine 600-acre private lake in Casco, Maine, just a short drive to Portland, Portland International Jetport (PWM), and the vibrant Old Port waterfront—as well as minutes from Naples and Windham and a quick trip to Sebago Lake’s public beaches. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave.

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous Views

Our stay at this vacation home was wonderful! We had the best time relaxing and enjoying the fall weather. The property manager was responsive and helpful upon check in and check out. We will most definitely be staying there again!

Friends getaway

Great family and friends ice fishing getaway. Will definitely try and get there again for an ice fishing or summer vacation. Perfect size house and the hot tub a bonus.

Great place for a vacation

We are a group of 4 that spend one week a year staying in a vacation home and playing golf. This was one of the best places we have stayed. Two buildings, lakefront, all amenities including hot tub and sauna. We highly recommend this vacation rental. Communication with property managers was first class.

This property is located on the breathtakingly beautiful Thomas pond. Both homes on the property are lovely. Communication with the owners was prompt and they were helpful in responding to our questions. We enjoyed a wonderful few days at the lake kayaking, hot tubbing and sitting by the firepit!

Fun weekend in Casco

Helen was excellent in responding to any of our concerns.The location was so nice. The views from the main house were amazing. The patio furniture was very comfortable.The newly installed sauna was an unexpected delight and well used by my family.It was a great experience.

Double the fun

Our family had a great time at this two house property! The boys (old and young) had a blast on the water with all the fun water toys paddle boards, kayaks and especially the floating dock with slide and tube!! I had a couple of questions for the property manager and she got back to me promptly and efficiently to make sure all our needs were met. It was a pleasure spending time at this beautiful property!!

The Christmas Lake House

The property was just like it was advertised. We walked into a lovely home that had some lights on and a pretty Christmas and garland lit to welcome us. Everything was easy to find; the home and linens were clean and fresh. The views of the lake were fabulous! We even had some snow and a gentleman was there first thing to clear the walks and driveway. Wonderful Vrbo!

Great place on the lake

Great location, just steps from the back door to the lake, excellent bonus cottage above and at back of garage. Some items little worn but it’s early people around were getting ready for the summer(we stayed early May) cleaning up and puttting out docks and boats. Lots of additional kids items in the house, wonderful basement for the young ones, would certainly stay again, host great communication and manager was a texted away for anything we needed, thank you

I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. Great kitchen to cook in and grill outside was great too. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the loons at night was so peaceful. We took advantage of the new sauna on the property. Helen, the house manager was very attentive and patient with all of our questions. I felt like I had a friend by the end of the trip, so thanks Helen! And thank you to Carmen and Mark for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Magical Week

My husband and I spent a week here. We got in late so it was dark, there was a fresh bag of coffee for the morning and a supply of Smores makings waiting for us. When we woke up it was like waking up in paradise. You overlook the lake and was like being in a treehouse! We made our coffee every morning and went to sit out by the lake and listened to the loons. The area is gorgeous and the house has all these wonderful little touches. The evenings in the hot tub were a welcome escape after our adventures exploring the area. Our week was over too soon. Can't wait to go again and stay in this wonderful house!
