This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is only 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. Walk to water park & mini-golf. Close to all attractions. House located on Ferris Wheel block.

Entrance floor - 2 car garage with entrance to backyard with covered patio, picnic tables, outdoor private shower & grill (summer months only)
Parking for 4 cars - 2 in garage, 1 in driveway, 1 blocking driveway.
Stairs to main living area.

First floor features a spacious open floor plan with kitchen opening into dining area and living room with a walk out deck. Also on the first floor is a full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2) & TV.

Second floor features the master bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) , ensuite full bath, TV and a walk out deck.
2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds - sleeps 2
3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds- each with twin on top and full on bottom - sleeps 4-6 people.
Full hall bath (with tub). Washer/dryer.

Third floor is an additional recreational space! A beautiful sunroom with couch, loveseat & TV that opens to a large ROOFTOP!

Enjoy the views from the rooftop! Firework displays, the colorful Ferris Wheel, the span of the Toms River bridge over the bay, beautiful sunrises and spectacular Jersey sunsets!

8 beach badges included with rental and additional can be purchased at beach. Children 11 and under are free.

For the guest’s safety, this house is equipped with two security cameras. A Ring Video Doorbell located next to the front door that has the ability to record video and audio. A Ring Floodlight camera above the garage door that also has the ability to record video and audio.

When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself, the guests and the purpose of your trip. Must be 25 and older to book. RENTAL AGREEMENT and ID REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. (STR#2489)

Beautiful house in a really nice quiet area in Seaside Heights. Plenty of room for all our guests. Everything in the house was modern and up to date. The owners were incredible to work with during our stay. We will definitely be back next year.

The owners were very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The cleaning crew hadn't replaced the toilet paper and when I reached out to Rina she got back to me right away and arranged delivery within the hour. The property is even better in person, you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location was great—just a few blocks from the boardwalk and only two blocks from the waterpark, which made it easy for our family to enjoy everything Seaside Heights has to offer.The kitchen was very well-stocked, making meal prep simple, and there was also a nice variety of board games for downtime together. Beds were very comfortable, with pillows and comforters provided. Just a heads-up: you’ll need to bring your own bed sheets, bath towels, and hand towels, or you can rent them through a third party.We also appreciated the beach gear—several chairs and a rolling cart were available for use, though you’ll want to bring your own beach towels.Rina and Tony were extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely rent from them again!Beautiful house, great location—highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time here! Rented for our 30th anniversary to be with close friends. House was very clean and had all the necessary amenities - even more. We only stayed 3 nights, but the kitchen was well-stocked to stay much longer and cook more often if you wanted. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. Even had beach chairs available and a handy beach cart to lug all our stuff! The photos on the Vrbo site are a very accurate representation of what the rooms look like, open and spacious, great seaside decor. Great views of the sunset over the bay and the lights on the boardwalk. Multiple, comfy balconies (and that ROOF!) to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Note to self - get a little more in shape for next time, as the steps to the third floor could be a bear by the end of a week-long stay (smile!) The owner was more than helpful when I had some trouble using the docusign feature for the contract, and answered every question I had. Great communication. We - and every friend who joined us - would happily stay here again!
