From the sunrise on the lagoon to the sunset on the bay, you will enjoy an exceptional experience, from swimming in the outdoor private heated pool to relaxing in the hot tub or on the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious 4/5-bedroom house gives a direct access to the lagoon and complementary access to Ocean Gate beach. The house also offers a large office and free WiFi.
4 adult bikes (with helmets) and 4 one-person kayaks (with paddles and life jackets).
The pool is open from May to September and heated in June and in September.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! Everyone loved the pool, the view on the channel is spectacular and the location was convenient without being overly commercial. The house is incredibly comfortable and a great space for a multigenerational gathering. We were a family from age 2 through 75 and it was great for everyone.

Shore Vacation

Great quiet location central to many attractions and restaurants. The private sandy beach is literally a two-minute walk away, and a great way to enjoy the sunset. The rooms are large and easily accommodated our party of six. A very enjoyable week: we would definitely come back if in the area again.

Beautiful Home!!!

This is such a beautiful home not the mention the owner, Stephane, was more than accommodating we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We recommend if you’re into BBQ to try Smokies BBQ it’s not even a 5 minute drive and was amazing!

I stayed with 9 of my friends here in late September. The pool was open and the whole house and property was amazing. Stephane was there to greet us and happily took us through the house to show us everything. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

Do not hesitate to book this property! Communication with Stephane was perfect and timely leading up to and during our stay. The house itself was wonderful-plenty of room for lots of folks to spread out. We stayed in Jan but plan to come back when we can use the pool and outside yard area. Beautiful inside and out with great amenities. Nice, quiet location as well. We'll be back!

Backyard oasis

We had an amazing vacation and made beautiful memories here. The house was everything and more - the pictures don’t do the backyard justice! The pool is huge ,the hot tub was so fun & clean and the view is just amazing. The screened in porch was a great plus. The hosts were great and there to greet us & give us a tour of this beautiful spacious home .

Beautiful home!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay here! The homeowners were so sweet greeting us upon arrival and made sure to make communication easy! The house was very clean and equipped with everything. We really enjoyed the pool/lagoon view. Perfect location to the beach- we rode our bikes in the morning on the boards. Definitely would stay again in the future!! We made so many great memories. Can't say enough great things about it.

Wedding Reception

My family really enjoyed our stay in Bayville, NJ for my nephews wedding. The house was clean and comfortably slept our family of 8. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with private beach access one street over. Stephane was a great host and was very responsive to our calls and text messages. We look forward to visiting the area again.

Terrific Property!

What a wonderful stay with my adult family! The house is situated on the bay with relatively easy access for our rented kayaks (well worth it), and having a swimming pool was terrific! (I swam laps each morning of our stay). It had a great screened in porch where I spent a lot of time just ‘chilling’. Each evening we used the grill and also used the fire pit (s’mores). All said it was a wonderful vacation and I hope to return next year! Highly recommended!!

A pleasant stay

Stephane and Delphine greeted us when we arrived to their property. They were both very kind and showed us around to let us know of just about everything that would be relevant during our stay. Stephane was also very responsive to any questions in the app during our stay. The property itself is lovely. The pool was the highlight for us as it's right on the lagoon with a beautiful view. The kids loved swimming and playing there.. The hot tub was also a nice feature and we enjoyed going in there to get a bit warm after staying too long in the pool. The Sun room was a nice space that we could enjoy eating outdoors and the view without getting mauled by bugs. The fire pit is a nice area but do note to bring your own supply of firewood/coal. I was skeptical that the beach would be 2 min walking from the house, but it was. It was very convenient and a nice small beach for families to use (there was even a full volleyball space set up). Beach chairs were provided by the property. The house itself was comfortable and a good space for 10 guests. The beds and pillows were reasonable but not hotel comfortable. Fresh clean linens and towels were provided (with a convenience charge). The kitchen had everything you needed and the dining area was sufficiently large to allow all guests to eat a the same time. The living room had two couches to watch TV when taking a break at night to watch a show or movie. TV came with cable and it was easy enough to connect Netflix as needed. Free WiFi provided and it was reliable, though it only reached outside by the patio furniture but not much further (might be remedied by putting the WiFi router outside the TV console). Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend and would like to come back again.

Myself and seven of my closest nursing school friends came down for the weekend. We had the best time the house was everything and then some. It was a two minute walk to the beach towels, chairs and umbrella was provided. The pool and the hot tub were immaculate. Stefan the house manager met us there and oriented us to the property. We were able to contact him anytime we wanted to. There was also a bar/restaurant 3 to 4 minute car ride. can’t wait to go back next year.

We had a wonderful time at Lagoon Paradise. It truly felt like a paradise- every day looking out at the water, from the house, hot tub, pool, etc. All 8 of us, ages 2 - 80, had plenty to do! The pool was exceptional. Huge and pristine. A large screened-in porch we ate at every meal we were home. We all enjoyed the kayaks, outdoor swing seat, and fire pit. There were even plenty of toys for my 2 year old to play with! They have all you need- beach towels, chairs, toys, buggy, bikes, games, ping pong, and more. You can walk to ocean gate beach in minutes. It’s great to walk the boardwalk. The owner is very responsive and attentive. The downstairs fifth bedroom would be fine for children but was hard for us as there was no real door or privacy and the futon/ pull out was a little small for adults (or my teenage nephews who are over 6 feet tall!). I highly recommend this home!

Perfect for a family vacation

This house was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting, and we were blown away by the stunning views, ideal location, and thoughtful amenities. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and hot tub, and loved how quick and easy it was to walk to the community beach. The owners went above and beyond by providing beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, and more—everything we needed for a fun, stress-free beach day with kids. Evenings by the fire pit were perfect for making s’mores and memories. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to our visit next year!

Paradise!

3 couples, 2 teens, 1 toddler and 2 babies. The home was well equipped for our entire group. We had 2 personal boats docked on site and the teens loved the kayaks and bike rides. 3 days of rain, and we had the ping pong table and foos ball to keep us entertained. Would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving with Family

The owners were fantastic - from the welcome to the final check out.. even allowed us to stay longer!!! It was a great spot for family and the location was perfect! The house had everything!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Making memories at a beautiful place ❤️

We rented this home for our family to stay at while visiting NJ and also to host a Celebration of Life for my parents who passed. I grew up in Forked River but now live in Florida. We were looking for the perfect place to host a memorial and we stumbled across this beautiful home. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had. The hosts were amazing and extremely accommodating. The house is beautiful and extremely spacious. Needless to say I think this has turned into a new yearly family trip for us! Thank you so much for everything and we will be back!

Excellent Property and wonderful Hosts!

This property has it all. Spacious, fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out. Everything you need to participate in the shore atmosphere has been thought of and supplied. Perfect vacation!

Stephane and Delphine were a renter's dream. They thought of everything to make any vacation wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful home with so many thoughtful touches for our grandchildren like the kitchen set and toys in the living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view and at a perfect temperature, the hot tub, and the gorgeous sunsets. The hosts responded quickly and considerately to our questions. We will absolutely return to this beautiful location.
