House was great huge with plenty of sleeping areas. Clean and well decorated. Plenty of extra linens and about 7 minute walk to the beach.

Great Thanksgiving

Coastal Haven is a well equipped home compared to others we have had. The layout is very open and worked well for our 9. The walk to the beach was reasonable and the beach is great. We all voted to try to have the home for next Thanksgiving!

Family trip

Trash was left on the balcony, and all around the driveway. Other than that the property was great. Would stay there again

There is a very nice view for a second or third tier property. There is a wetland preserve between the unit and the Gulf so you don't look into another property.

Coastal Haven was a great home for our family. It was decorated nicely, very clean & close to the beach. We liked the neighborhood feel also. There wasn’t lot of traffic or noise; very family oriented. The sheets were fine, but the mattresses were a little too squishy for us. The kitchen could use a few more dish towels. All in all it was a nice vacation & we would stay there again.

Family Beach Trip 2025

We really enjoyed Coastal Haven! It was the perfect location in Fort Morgan for our group. Ice was a challenge since the refrigerator and the build in ice maker were not working. A portable was provided, but it couldn’t keep up with our family, but a few trips to the store provided the ice we needed. The kitchen was nicely stocked. There were a few rat droppings on the back porch on the master bedroom door, but we saw no rodents. Empty water bottles were strewn around the house downstairs, but I picked them up. Other than those couple of hiccups, the house was perfect. We would rent again.

Our group—which included two seniors, two adults, four teens/young adults, and a dog—stayed at The Blue Pearl for five nights, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Both the home itself and the team at Prickett Properties were fantastic. The house provided ample, comfortable space for everyone. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a massive bonus, especially traveling with teenagers! The kitchen was well-appointed, making it easy and enjoyable to cook family meals every evening. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the back patio, enjoying the ocean view. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The Fort Morgan area is a more peaceful, rural setting than busy Gulf Shores, which we appreciated. This home was close enough to the private community beach to enjoy it whenever we wanted, but far enough away to avoid the foot traffic and crowds at peak times. Communication with Prickett was exemplary. They sent clear, concise emails and texts regarding check-in and check-out. We had only one minor issue—a warning code on the thermostat—but it was handled incredibly fast. I called the office, and a friendly repair technician was at our door in less than 30 minutes to resolve it. Overall, our stay was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend both this home and the management company!
