There is a very nice view for a second or third tier property. There is a wetland preserve between the unit and the Gulf so you don't look into another property.

Coastal Haven was a great home for our family. It was decorated nicely, very clean & close to the beach. We liked the neighborhood feel also. There wasn’t lot of traffic or noise; very family oriented. The sheets were fine, but the mattresses were a little too squishy for us. The kitchen could use a few more dish towels. All in all it was a nice vacation & we would stay there again.

Family Beach Trip 2025

We really enjoyed Coastal Haven! It was the perfect location in Fort Morgan for our group. Ice was a challenge since the refrigerator and the build in ice maker were not working. A portable was provided, but it couldn’t keep up with our family, but a few trips to the store provided the ice we needed. The kitchen was nicely stocked. There were a few rat droppings on the back porch on the master bedroom door, but we saw no rodents. Empty water bottles were strewn around the house downstairs, but I picked them up. Other than those couple of hiccups, the house was perfect. We would rent again.
