With 1 wonderful bedroom located on the lower floor featuring a double bed, a bathroom, and a fully fitted kitcen, this cozy retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Whether you're looking to unwind on the balcony or explore the charming surroundings, our place provides the ideal setting for your vacation. Blevio is a pedestrian only village and to access CasAle you will be required to walk up some narrow stairs ( about 60 steps) and walk along a short path so we recommend, when possible, to bring easy to carry suitcases.

My name is Alessia and I have been a professional host since 2020. I was born in a city near Verona however I also spent more than 10 years in London. Now I live with my husband and my daughter in a village located half way between Como and Milan. Blevio is located just over 5 minutes drive from the buzzling city of Como however the village itself is very quiet and relaxing. From here there are plenty of walking paths for the lovers of hiking; the village itself is pedestrian only so be prepared to put on your walking shoes!

CasAle is a typical house of the area with stone walls and wooden inserts featuring a mezzanine floor where you can find the living area whilst the bedroom is located on the lower floor. What makes this property unique is definitely the view: the sunsets seen from the balcony and the little terrace are just breathtaking!
