This 3 Bedroom Tidewater Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from the privacy of your own balcony. Encounter the most comfortable beach setting within a short walk to Pier Park.
The condo offers 1950 sq. ft and 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, just purchased January 2018, creating the ultimate comfort for everyone enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and just remodeled with everything needed for a home made meal.
The living room is very roomy, so everyone can sit together and enjoy the breathtaking views. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.

When we arrived there was trash in the can. We were supposed to have a 24 hour supply of toilet paper. There was absolutely no toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels nothing! The folded kitchen towel by sink smelled moldy and could not use. The bed pillows were very flimsy. The bed in master bedroom was springy. We had 9 of us staying for a week and only had 8 bath towels! The refrigerator needs updating did not keep drinks as cold as should be. Rug in master bedroom closet is filthy and stained. The lock on front door needs to be replaced have to move around to lock properly. When we arrived there was sand on floor in kitchen and livingroom. My first time staying at Condo in Tidewater. Will not stay again. Going back to stay at Emerald Beach Resort.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. This condo was plenty large enough for our group of 9. The main beds are very comfortable and there’s plenty of closet and drawer space. Bring hangers with you! Kitchen is well appointed. The elevator wait time can be a bit of an issue so plan accordingly. Overall a pleasant stay.

The floors were sticky, and there was leftover food inside the oven as well as residue on the stovetop, making it unusable for cooking. The pillowcases on the bed had visible makeup stains, suggesting they had not been properly washed.Additionally, the bathrooms were in a highly unsanitary condition. The toilets had black residue, and there is visible black mold present in the shower caulking. This is particularly concerning as we have guests with sensitive respiratory systems, and this poses a legitimate health risk.Given these conditions, the property is not suitable for occupancy in its current state. Although a cleaner was sent, her instructions appeared to be limited to a surface touch-up, and only the floors were mopped. This did not address the primary sanitation concerns. We submitted an additional urgent request for a deep cleaning, which has gone unanswered.Due to the unacceptable condition of the property, the inadequate response, and the inconvenience caused, we believe a partial refund or discount on our rental is warranted.
