Communication was shaky in the beginning but was later consistent. Really need an upgrade on kitchen items. Blender, mixing bowl, and cooking utensils was very lack. Luckily we had family and friends cook for us. Lightning around the bnb could be brighter. Area was in a great safe upscale area that was kool. Parking was tight but if was free and manageable. All the furniture was comfortable and loved the sectional. Check the toilet bobble it slipped off the chain a couple of times. We adored the neighborhood for sure!

Why they chose this property

My neighborhood is quiet and serene anything you need is 3 to 5 minutes away. Walmart, Krogers, Publix, Starbucks, and award winning breakfast spots. And 15 minutes from downtown and 20 mins from Buckhead. It's great to jog, walk, or ride a bike. Parks are in close proximity with a surrounding lake, trees, and beautiful scenery.

What makes this property unique

It's an older home which means it has wonderful character. Four sided brick and it sits on top of a high hill away from it all with a very private parking deck and huge front and backyard with a private entrance.
