Why they chose this property

I really enjoy the neighborhood because of how quiet it is, and it’s central location. Within 20 minutes you can either get to the shopping center in Jacksonville or to a beautiful spot on the Emerald coast. I also got really lucky with proximity to Swansboro and it’s many eclectic shops and restaurants!
