We really enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. The owner was very responsive with the only issue we had and we were very appreciative.

Very clean space, cute and just what we needed. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was a lovely place to stay 10/10 would recommend!! Not too far from the beach access is plenty of tide pools- my youngest really enjoyed those

It was nice, but the door was hard to open and shut and I just did not realize how close to the ocean it was

Ocean view but only has a beach when tide is out. The condo stayed cool, but never seemed to reduce the humidity level. Beds were good. Not bad for the price paid.

Place was right on the water, beautiful views. There is a beach access pass the next building over, not much of a beach at the condo as the water comes right up the sandbags at the building. That didn’t bother us though. The condo was cleaned, I do wish there were ice trays in the freezer as there is no ice maker. Christina was awesome to work with very responsive l, we had an issue with the pull out couch and she quickly acted to have someone come and fix it. Over all a good stay with the family.

The beach access and side balcony view was great and the check in process was smooth. However, this property does need some work. There is no dishwasher, the rugs are worn and a bit soiled. The bathroom has a lot of rust, as well as the shelving unit within. There is a lot of rust and grime that should be cleaned more thoroughly. Several small black ants did make an appearance daily in the kitchen if you happened to leave a takeout cup or anything out. The floors themselves seemed to need a very deep cleaning, even after a sweep we did ourselves there was still sand and dirt on our feet by the end of the night. Because of the no dishwasher, dishes were hand washed which isn’t a problem. However there were some dishes from previous occupants that had caked on food that we couldn’t scrub off. The pots and pans for cooking were heavily scraped teflon and had visible rust, so we steered clear of cooking here. Overall, needs a much deeper clean and several upgrades to make it worth the price in the future.

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts. Despite cold snowy weather many walks on the beach. The host was very helpful with our special needs. Prompt and understanding. We stayed 4 weeks. The condo was very homey. Perfect setup. Very comfortable beds. And CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay.
