Alessandro was a great host, with excellent comms from start to finish. Has a rep, Paola, on site who welcomes you to the property & explains facilities. When there was a small plumbing issue, Alessandro was understanding & grateful for the 'heads-up' on the detail. If I was to return to Gran Canaria, would happily stay again.

Has been a real pleasure to host Nigel in my appartment. Very polite and comunicative person. We have been in touch all the time of his stay. He highlighted to me a small linking from the basin and gave me the opportunity to fix the problem quickly. He left the flat in perfect condition and clean. Why they chose this property
I've decided to buy this property because is located directly on the sea. My house is inside a nice tropical garden, good view, good air, swimming in the morning in the ocean, very good position to reach every place on the island, nice weather all year long
What makes this property unique
The travellers will have the possibility to enjoy the sea and the beach. Our beach is never crouded and just 20 steps from the residence. A nice pool with hydromassage is available, always clean and safe. The position of the Residence is perfect to move for any excursion by car, bicycle or public transportation. I think is a perfect solution for a relaxing holiday.
