Peaceful, Sun-Drenched Refuge with Hot Tub and Wood Stove
Welcome to a very special, sun drenched, peaceful refuge of a renovated farmhouse in Tillson, NY. Everyone who comes here says they immediately feel calmer.
Warm yourself by the wood stove. Soak in the hot tub. Cuddle up for a movie on the cozy couch. Keep up with work via high speed internet. Stretch in the yoga sunroom. Grill your dinner on the porch and enjoy it with your family around my grandfather's dining table.
The location could not be more ideal (I'm never leaving!), just 10 minutes from New Paltz and less than 15 to the heart of Kingston. Enjoy all that these special towns have to offer, or walk to Darling's, sincerely the best restaurant/bar/lounge in the area. Five minute drive/cab from a bus that will bring you here and back from Times Square.
Nature! Take a short walk through a historic cemetery to the rail trail which brings you right to Mohonk Preserve hiking trails as well as the legendary Rosendale trestle.

We rented this property for a Thanksgiving holiday out of the city. It’s truly a dreamy house. The beds and linens were all very nice. The house is full of sunshine and the kitchen was fabulous for making Thanksgiving dinner. We also appreciated the long dining table for family board games and the large comfy couch for watching movies. We also took advantage of the hot tub and the wood burning stove. We really appreciated the generous wood pile! It’s a short drive to New Paltz for dining or shopping and close to lots of amazing hiking, including a trail that you can access through the cemetery 1/2 a block from the house. We’ll definitely be returning!
