About this property

The Gallery House: Modern Heritage in Rondout Kingston Waterfront

Welcome to a living gallery in the heart of the Rondout Waterfront District.

Born from a decade of falling in love with the Hudson Valley, this historic duplex is a labor of love by an architectural designer (my partner) and myself.

We call it The Gallery House—a thoughtfully curated space designed for those who value the modern heritage aesthetic, nature, and the arts.

Both short-term and mid-term stays are welcomed!

Where you will stay:
Two bedrooms, intentionally built for a perfect stay in Hudson Valley.

The Green Room
The ultimate soulful sanctuary. Bathed in exceptional natural light, this room features botanical hues that mirror the Hudson Valley landscape. Beyond the queen bed lies the "Tea & Talk" suite: an intimate, sun-drenched nook designed for analog connection. No screens here, just curated board games, artisanal tea, and the lost art of conversation.

The Gray Room
Designed for the cinematic minimalist. The Gray Room is a moody, immersive sanctuary featuring a premium projector that turns the wall into a private cinema. After a day of exploring, sink into the Nectar hybrid queen-sized bed wrapped in quality linens. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet corner for deep work, framed by the room’s cool, architectural tones.
