We really liked to location and the property - although the condo is a bit older, the grounds are lovely with trails throughout and a wonderful pool for all ages to enjoy. Plenty of parking and ease in finding our unit.Housekeeping could use some improvement - the refrigerator needed a good wipe inside, dirty baking sheet in the oven, dirty cook top, olive oil container on counter was empty, no tissue (an empty box) - other wise the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Bath towels were plentiful and there were beach towels so that was nice.The sofa bed in the living room was a fold out futon and the only bed linens were twin sheets - can't think it would have been comfortable - fortunately I brought my own aerobed.We arrived and had not been given the front door code so had to call for that.My best suggestion would be to have a notebook with all the details for guests so they don't need to hunt or call to find things - we had to call for the pool key location and the person we talked to didn't know so had to call/text us back. A notebook with that info would have been helpful.

Short Stay Passing theough

Positives: Clean, well stocked, bbq, pool w separate heated spas, space, location in nice safe area, WiFi, reasonable price. Negative: only one minor.. no washing machine which we needed w a young child. Found a Laundromat next the the hub bar and food so all was ok.
