Let's start at the beginning. This was my first trip to DR. When I was reviewing things about the island, I was warned to be aware when renting on the island. So to say the least I was going to be skeptical when choosing a place.
My experience with this beautiful property from the beginning was excellent. The pictures do it no justice. This place is bigger and better than what they show you. The property manager Enrico was excellent, made sure I had transportation to and from the villas if we didn't rent a car. (Side note: if you rent a vehicle please, please please get full coverage on that vehicle). We were greeted at the villa with open arms and smiles. We were then showed the property and fell in love with every inch. Even the usual awkward moment of paying was a breeze. Everything was effortless. We also reserved a cook while we were there, her name is "Margarita", the best investment EVER. Margarita is the best cook down there. The gardener "bobo" and the Security Guard "Bruno" were excellent as well. Everyone at this establishment made us feel like family and it was awesome.
Now for the not so good:
Our only issues that we had (which really wasn't and issue) was that we wish that there were televisions in each rooms, and also we wished that the pool was possibly heated. For the record these issues aren't really issues they are just things that we wish we had.
Just in case it's not clear, we will be back. If not at this specific villa, at one of the many villas Fabio and Nancy manages. I trust them or shall I say we trust them.
