Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! Belinda has so many day-to-day things stocked so you don’t have to buy/bring them with you. She really tries to make you feel right at home. The location is terrific - just steps away from the pool and beach. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolute perfection

My family and I stayed at this condo for four nights and was blown away by the comfort and amenities offered by the owner. The amount of detail that this owner puts into hospitality is something that is beyond exceptional. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed and we travel frequently.

Great condo

We were in Sandestin as part of a big group for spring break and Belinda's condo was perfect! I have never stayed in such a well stocked condo before. We truly felt like friends of the family. It is a great location on the first floor, very convenient to the pool and beach. The condo was clean, and Belinda was excellent to work with as far as communication, check in, check out. We did not have any issues during our stay. The teens often took the tram to Bayside Wharf and we felt totally comfortable with them doing so. It was also great to have a golf cart for quick trips to the Wharf, to parlour donuts and the biscuit place, and even to Publix. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this place is wonderful. Belinda has thought of everything. One of the cleanest places I have ever rented. There are beach items, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and so many extra touches along the way. Communication…Belinda knocks it out of the park. She was so helpful from my search to the end of our stay. Booking a place in the Destin area was initially very overwhelming, but Belinda helped walk me through the area. The first floor location was so convenient for coming and going to the pool and beach. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning, and you can see the ocean and beach through the palm trees. Everything about our stay made us want to book again for our next trip. That’s saying a lot because we heavy rain and storms for most of our stay. This place deserves a 10 star review! If you are seeing this as an option for your next trip, do most hesitate in pushing the book now button. You won’t be disappointed for even a second!

When Can We Come Back To This Place

Within a minute of walking into this condo, our 6 year old said, "When can we come back to this place?" A few minutes later, my wife said, "We can never stay at another condo." Those two thoughts sum up all the positives that this condo and owner have to offer. Everything was perfect. The condo is stocked with all the essentials that you could ever need. There is no need for any laundry, household items, paper products, or even coffee. The owner also had anything you could need for the beach - a cart, nice chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and boogie boards. The condo layout is very nice and spacious. We've stayed on other floors at Westwinds but really enjoyed this condo on the lobby level. It is secluded from the entrance and elevators. We parked right outside the door and went right into the unit. Westwinds has so much to offer - a private beach, very nice pool, fitness room & even covered parking in case of rain or heat. The owner was so easy to work with and made sure our stay was everything we wanted. Just by her attention to detail even before we arrived, we knew that it would be a nice trip. Communication was great and she was very responsive to questions. Her pre-trip instructions explain all that you could ever need to know while you are there. The golf cart is an easy way to stroll around the property and especially while visiting Baytowne which has a golf cart only parking area very close to the action. We even took the cart on our trip to Publix. Because of the very nice accommodations, great owner and wonderful location at Sandestin, we can't wait to visit again very soon.

A beautiful condo that was stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing while at the beach. We have stayed at a lot of condos and this one blew us away. Very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the beach and parking lot to unload. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Property and Beach Vacation

We had an amazing trip to San Destin, Florida due in large part to our VRBO host, Belinda. Westwinds is a fantastic property and Belinda has taken the time and effort to make everything perfect. From the high thread count sheets on the beds (I actually am buying the same kind to have at home), to the fully stocked kitchen with paper plates, spices, blenders, toasters, utensils, etc., to the wide array of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. to the complementary soaps, lotions, and washing detergent she provided. I really could go on and on. Every detail has been attended to by Belinda! She has everything you need on hand before you even realize you need it! The property itself boasts a heated pool with a tiki bar. It was great to grab drinks for ourselves and lunch for our kids while enjoying the pool and hot tub. While some people love staying on high floors for the view, we loved the convenience of the first floor. There was no waiting for elevators and access to the pool and beach were immediate. Plus, we felt a little more comfortable allowing our tweens to walk together from the condo to the pool etc, since they didn’t need to ride the elevators and traverse too far. Open the door, take ten steps to an outside door and you were headed to the pool! The golf cart provided by Belinda was a huge asset. Once we arrived at the condo, we parked our car and didn’t use it again until the drive home. The golf cart got us everywhere we needed to go! Since it was a six seater with an assigned parking spot at the condo, we could all fit comfortably and ride to Publix, shopping, movie theater and restaurants. When we got back to the condo, we just zipped back into our assigned parking spot. So easy! The icing on the cake was the 1000+ Easter Egg Hunt Belinda set up around the pool on Easter Sunday. So many families participated and it was such a sight to see all the kids running around looking for Easter eggs filled with treasures. We are so grateful for everything Belinda did to make our vacation a week to remember. We will certainly be back!

Best condo ever

We have stayed in several different condos and this is by far the best we have rented! I feel all condos will be a disappointment after staying here. First, the host is incredible. Detailed instructions await you and every convenience. Forget to buy ketchup- we did. There was ketchup packets! Kid break out in an itchy rash from being on the beach at 10 at night? Mine did- guess what- the medicine cabinet had itch cream. Need clippers? Scissors? Aluminum foil? It is there! We tried to find anything the host didn’t think of and we couldn’t do it- I kind of wish I could just live here! Location of this condo is super convenient too- you get to walk past all those tired looking parents waiting on the elevators and right to your condo. Plus, the property is the best place to stay. We regretted leaving the property because everything else was overly crowded and not as pretty. When we come back to Florida- this will be our go to property and host!

Security personnel are extremely rude

Security at the adjacent property to the east was very rude. While on the beach, this one guard, Gabriel, actually cursed at us for sitting down on supposedly the “Private “ portion of the beach. We have contacted SOA to report his actions. He definitely has a GOD complex as a security guard.

Westwinds 4701 the best

This condo was great! Belinda is amazing! She really has thought of everything to accommodate a family. She is so realistic and gives you all the info about the property. We enjoyed our stay! And anticipate staying at one of her places again. Her cleaning ladies are also amazing! Our place was clean and they allowed us to Come in a couple hours early. The beds and sheets are super comfortable.

Great time and location

So much fun! Belinda did a great job having the condo stocked with things that helped make the stay more fun and enjoyable. Sue and Susie had everything clean and it was probably one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Location was great and so much fun with the golf cart traveling to different locations. Condo pool was also wonderful and warm. Belinda had an egg hunt for the kids on Easter which made out memories extra special.

My family and I have stayed in beach condos for vacation all my life and we have never had a condo so well maintained and stocked as Belinda keeps her condo. She thinks of everything a family may need and eliminates a lot of packing and grocery store expenses by having so much on hand already at the condo. I wish I had found her when my kids were little! She is truly a mom wanting to make other moms vacations relaxing as can be. Location is great on the first floor. Very quite. Easy walk to the pool & beach. Loved the pool atmosphere and beach area was beautiful. The golf cart was a great bonus! Navigating our way around the resort was a challenge at first. It took a few days to get used to the area and what roads & roundabouts led to where. Once we knew where we were going we loved not having to get in our car and fight traffic. The Wharf was a nice, fun area with good restaurants. Loved being able to have the Publix and other restaurants at the market area accessible by golf cart too. Highly recommend Belinda, this condo and the resort. We hope to return many more summers to come.

Heaven Near The Gulf!!

I don't even know where to begin...Belinda is a PHENOMENAL host and so incredibly accomodating! She truly made our short Spring Break trip worry-free and so much more enjoyable! The condo is also beyond expectations! I've been renting vacation homes all over the U.S. for years, and never has one been stocked as well, or as neatly, as this one! Belinda has thought of EVERYTHING...from coffee to nail-clippers, everything is provided in a neat and orderly fashion, taking the worry out of any unexpected needs. Besides being spotless and well-kept, this space is beautifully furnished and decorated, and in an excellent location. Being on the ground floor, it's a very short walk to the pool/hot tub area, which is also spotless, and the beautiful white sand beach is just a short one minute walk from the pool area. Plus, you can see the gulf from the balconies! We finally used the golf cart on our last day to drive to the nearby market area. What a great amenity! My adult daughter had a blast driving to the nearby market area to pick up lunch, and then again up to Bijoux for dinner. All in all, Belinda's place is more than we could ask for! We definitely plan on coming back often!! Thanks, B!

Beach Fun

We could not have imagined that our stay could have been any better. Pascal Harbor was an excellent fit for our family of four. Our kids (9 and 12) loved it. The unit was outstanding and over the top to make us feel at home. Great bedrooms, furnishings and spotless. The property has excellent heated pool and hot tub, and the beach access was second to none. Finally, the use of the golf cart was a big highlight for our trips back and forth to Baytown Wharf. We will easily consider renting hear again on our next trip to the beach.

The BEST Sandestin beach trip ever!

We have stayed lots of different places in Destin and this is by far the best! The condo, the grounds, the pools (which were kept very warm), and the location are beautiful and very well maintained. Just a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and gorgeous blue water of the Gulf. We loved getting to use the golf cart too! The owner, Belinda is amazing!! She has thought of everything and makes you feel like family! We hope to come back as often as we can.

BEST FAMILY PROPERTY

This property far exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire resort area. All of the little extra personal touches and attention to detail were what made this stay a 5 star experience. We felt like we were staying at a friends not a generic condo. Loved everything about it. If you are traveling with kids this safe, clean, well stocked condo is a MUST!

Perfection!

Believe all the outstanding reviews and don't look back. From the moment we stepped into the condo until the moment we left over Labor Day weekend, we had a perfect vacation. My kids walked in after a long drive, and were instantly thrilled to find their little trinkets Belinda had left for them and all the other goodies. They had all they needed over the wekend with games, books, beach toys, and their own TV in their room. If you are flying in, you basically just need your clothes as the condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need from extra toiletries, sunscreen, beach gear, condiments, and paper products. The location is perfect and quiet with a five minute walk to the private beach area and the pool. What's even better is the golf cart that we could use. It was the highlight of the trip for my kids because it was so easy to take it across to Grand Boulevard Shops and Baytowne so we could get quick groceries, icecream, shopping, etc. We have already recommended this condo to our family and when we return to the area, we hope it is available again. Thank you for being an amazing host and really caring about your guests Belinda!

Cannot wait to go back!!

My husband and I, along with our four young kids stayed for six nights at this wonderful property and we absolutely cannot wait to go back. Let me begin by saying that Belinda is without a doubt the most amazing, thoughtful, and gracious hostess around. She has thought about every last detail and provides literally everything you need for an amazing vacation. From every sand toy, beach chair, etc. to laundry detergent to paper plates...she truly provides it ALL so that all you need to do is show up with your clothes and swimsuits ready for an outstanding time! As a mom of four, this was such a GIFT to not have to pack everything but the kitchen sink...she has a pack n play, high chair, and even swim diapers! She even had little gifts waiting for the kids when we arrived!! Aside from the wonderful owner, the condo itself is perfect for families with kids since it’s right on the ground floor with super easy access to the pool and beach. The beach was gorgeous and private so it was much less crowded than other sections within the Sandestin that looked very busy. The condo is comfy and clean - the beds were fantastic and the kitchen was perfect for cooking in. She has it stocked with every pot/pan/utensil, etc that you could possibly need. Our kids loved the golf cart and searching for crabs on the beach every night. I cannot speak highly enough about this place or Belinda! Stop researching - you’ve found THE perfect place for your vacation!!
