Sheer perfection for our group of 8. Spacious, modern and clean. The hosts let us have an early check in; which really made our hectic day. There are awesome views, comfortable furniture and tastefully appointed rooms. It is located near town with lots to do. Don't think anymore, just book it!!!

This was a great location for an active trip with family and friends. We mountain biked, hiked, walked around downtown and enjoyed Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The views from the house are spectacular!

Great stay

Host was super responsive. Stay was great. Place was huge. Kids had a blast. Just wish there had been some cards and games to play as a big group in addition to the fun game room. Would definitely stay there again.

Property manager was flexible and responsive. House was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the Mountain Views, hot tub and easy access to every thing Glenwood Springs has to offer.

Beautiful home,family- friendly. Home has great views from back deck and hot tub. Downstairs is a kids paradise.We had a wonderful stay. Home is spacious with plenty of room for our family. Clean and well supplied,beds for the little ones in each room. We look forward to staying at this home again.

The property is beautiful, very spacious and all thought the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was ok. The oven did not cook very hot. It took longer for the fries to get done. Lots of areas for the kids to play games or watch movies.Beautiful outdoor areas to eat and enjoy the scenery.

Overall, everything is fine, but we wanted more comfort

Overall, we liked our stay in this house. It's great that there is a hot tub outside and a grill, a closed garage. The house is large and will accommodate a large company. But the house does not seem cozy, there are no decorative items at all, as in the photo. It would be great if there was at least tea, coffee, cream in the house, we usually encountered this when we rented different houses and apartments.

The time we spent at this house was terrific. Kenny was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked. Besides it being a lovely house, there were several aspects that we especially appreciated…there were enough chairs at the dining room table for everyone, there were multiple outdoor decks and lots of seating on each, there were plenty of pans, silverware, plates, cups and baking sheets, there were fans for each bedroom plus an upstairs cooling system. We were comfortable, even on warm days. Both kids and adults enjoyed the extra space downstairs and the additional refrigerator was a nice bonus. Having the garage available made parking several cars easier, and gave us space for golf clubs and bikes. All these things added up to make our stay very enjoyable.

Everything was great except someone came and sprayed for bugs so the kids couldn’t go outside and play at prime playtime for 3 hrs and one of the game room items we could not get to work. I would still rate this a 5/5 as nothing in life is perfect and things break and bugs must sprayed for at some point in life.

Our family of 12 stayed at this beautiful property, our annual family gathering, celebrating birthdays and enjoying local activities. This spacious home is well-appointed. I especially appreciated the kitchen setup as we always prepare at least one large meal to eat in on our family trips. And we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to spread out so people could join in with a group or find a place for some quiet time. Communication was great, I appreciate the messaging throughout the stay. The house has beautiful views, is close to town and all the activities we were looking to do …golf, hiking, adventure park, hot springs, shopping, eating out. After the golfers were caught in a sudden intense storm, they were happy to recover in the hot tub. Thanks for the great place to gather!

Three generations of one family fit very well into this large and expansive house. The kitchen was well supplied. The location was excellent in a residential neighborhood of Glenwood Springs- with plenty of outdoor (June) activities for all of us. It took a few days to learn how to cool the house down with the Swamp Cooler which none of us were familiar with. Host was very responsive.
