Welcome to Coastal Charm at Carillon Beach Resort Inn. You will love this little village by the Sea. Our home is on the 4th floor with peek a boo views of the emerald green gulf waters. Carillon is a centrally located less than 10 minutes east of 30A and 10 minutes west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach. The Carillon Market area includes restaurants, coffee and wine shops, as well as a souvenir shop with Bicycle, kayak, and paddle board rentals. Walk to pools & beach in less than 5 minutes. Need more room? 4D Beach Properties also has a gorgeous newly remodeled 3/3 in nearby Pinnacle Port that sleeps 8.

This one bedroom 1 bath studio is well appointed with everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy gorgeous lake and peek a boo gulf views from the 4th floor balcony. We have provided black out curtains for morning light blocking. Our (2) 55" Smart TVs are ready for you to log in for your own streaming.

Begin your day brewing a fresh cup of coffee using the new Keurig in the condo. Enjoy comfortable, stylish furnishings throughout this bright and airy condo and unwind by using your accounts to stream on one of the 55" smart TVs in each room. The well-appointed kitchen and vanity area include quartz countertops and upgraded light fixtures. Grab a good book and spend your day at any of the four sparkling pools in the community or enjoy a quick walk or bike ride to the beach for an afternoon of fun in the sand! Before dinner, enjoy a cool refreshment and watch the sunset on your private balcony. End the day snuggled into bed with plush bedding and fresh sheets. Carillon Beach community offers on-site shopping, gym, restaurants & beauty salon.
⭐️ We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella stowed under the bed. Beach wagon is in the closet. We also have beach towels to save packing space! ⭐️

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway!

My husband an I had an amazing long weekend stay at The Coastal Charm in Carillon! We have been coming to Carillon Beach the last few years now and this was our first time staying in the resort. It was perfect for just the two of us. The unit was beautifully decorated and charming. Highly recommend & hope to visit again! 5 stars all around :)

Perfect Couples Retreat

This condo was absolutely stunning and ideal for a weekend getaway with my husband! The location was perfect, and the peaceful views were truly a highlight. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake, enjoying our coffee in such a relaxing atmosphere. The proximity to the shops at Carillon made everything so convenient. We had breakfast there on our second day, and it was such a treat. Strolling over to the walkways to the beach and walking on the beautiful sandy shores exceeded our expectations. This getaway was better than we could have imagined, and we cannot wait to come back!

Good location

The location was quiet and close to the beach. The studio was the same as the pictures on VRBO and clean. The only issue we had was that the bed lines smelled musty but I had my own as backup and we used ours. They also had a ring camera which ignited fear in us that we were probably being watch indoors also but hopefully that was not the case. Otherwise, it is a good choice for a couple looking for some quiet and peace.

With Coastal Charm and our gulf front condo, Emerald Escape, nearby at Pinnacle Port, we offer a fantastic getaway. After 31 years of marriage and raising four sons, vacations have become a cherished part of our lives. Although we grew up without beaches in different parts of Arkansas, our love for the "salt life" began on our honeymoon. We currently reside in Razorback country and spend our time dreaming of the beach when we're not cheering on the Hogs. We feel blessed to provide you with the opportunity to escape and experience the breathtaking sunsets that we hold dear.

We fell in love with the dreamy lake views and peek a boo views of the gulf. The countless amenities in Carillon are also a family favorite. We love renting bicycles at the Shipwreck Ltd store nearby and riding through the neighborhood of gorgeous beach homes.

What makes this property unique

We are bordered on the West by Camp Helen State Park. To our East are luxurious beach homes of the Carillon community. It's like you are almost on a private beach. You won't find 5 rows of beach chairs here.
