The beach view was excellent. The unit was large enough that 7 adults and one baby had plenty of room and weren’t on top of each other. Each bedroom having a bathroom and shower was a terrific feature. We would definitely come back!

The place was immaculate and furnished beautifully. The view was terrific. The kitchen was well equipped. The only downside, which is important if you have elderly or disabled people in your group, is that the toilets are very low to the floor. Much lower than standard height. I recently had a knee replacement and found it very difficult.Stephen was very responsive and helpful.If it weren't for the toilets, we would definitely stay here again.

This condo is fabulous. For a condo it had plenty of open space and the bedrooms were all a good size as well as the bathrooms. The balcony that runs the length of the condo gives great views of the ocean and boardwalk.The only issue that we had was the floors were not cleaned very well. Everything else was very clean. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and you can't beat the location. The parking was also very convenient with enough room for 3 vehicles.Overall a great stay and we would book again.

Regarding the floors, they are mopped and wiped down between each guest. However, the specific vinyl grain used tends to trap dust and dirt, which requires monthly power washing to maintain cleanliness.

This condo and location were excellent! It was perfect for our family. The only thing that we didn’t love was that there were beds for 6 in one room (with the smaller bathroom) and the other three bedrooms were each for 2. We worked it out but that was a bit tough. The elevator system in the building was odd. You need to use a key fob to go up AND down on the elevator. Otherwise, everything was incredible!

The rooms were as beautiful as the pictures showed. Everything was upscale and very comfortable. The ocean view was fabulous. We happened to be there during a kite festival that made it even more amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for the week, including pots and pans, crockpot, toaster and coffee pots. A few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before use. The storage cage had lots of beach supplies included a chair for the 3 year old in our group. The bunk room had a window to the hallway. Unfortunately, at night there are bright lights in the hallway that lit up the room making it difficult for young children to sleep. We bought a black out sheet to try to block the light. The other 3 bedrooms were perfect. All bedrooms had their own bathroom plus a half bath in the common area. This was just a wonderful place for our 3 families to stay. So much to do on the boardwalk. The beach was steps from the room and we spent hours there each day. We parked our car in a parking deck and never had to move it. We bought our groceries at the Food Lion on our way to the condo. Communication with the host was very good. Quick to respond to any of our questions. I would highly recommend this as a vacation spot.
