Hobbie's Hideaway - Fall Dates Available

A relaxing escape for couples and families.

Our condo features an open floor plan with two spacious decks with great views of the gulf and lagoon from every room. Living area features a 42in HD/DVR TV, Wireless High Speed Internet, Queen sleeper sofa and 2 recliners. The kitchen is well equipped and also includes a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the Bedrooms includes a bedroom with a Queen bed & private bath. Second bedroom with 2 TwinXL beds (can be pushed together for king) & a private bath. Each bedroom has direct access to the covered porch with great views of the gulf and lagoon. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32in TV and radio/alarm clock.

This property is a gem! It is across the street from the ocean on a beautiful stretch of beach. The condo has plenty of room and is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo has all a little family could need! It was clean upon arrival, everything functional. There's pots and pans and dishes for cooking. Love this little place. The lagoon is a magical place!

Be ready for stairs! But overall a diamond in the rough. Nice location, semi-private beach access and a pool for relaxation. Kitchen is stocked with almost every appliance you might need during your stay. Will definitely be booking this condo to stay in again!!

We had a great time at the beach. Very short walk to beach or the lagoon. The condo is set up nice with everything you need. It was clean and everything worked as it should, no complaints at all and would definitely stay again.

Great Little Place

Enjoyed our stay at Hobie Hideaway. Had a little problem manuvering the stairs to the bedroom due to my bad knee.....but wasn't a problem for the others staying here. Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Had other family members staying next door at Sunwatch Cottages so the location was perfect for hanging out together. Short walk to beach. Loved the ramp instead of stairs for getting on the beach....less stress on old ppl...lol.

Great location

Very clean, easy to find, great location! Very little traffic which made getting across the street to the beach easy. Quiet and away from the crowds that were more towards The Hangout and Pink Pony but could be back to Gulf Shores Parkway within 5-7 minutes. We enjoyed fishing and swimming in the lagoon as well! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to Gulf shores!!

Great stay at Hobbies Hideaway in Heron Landing

You cant beat the location of this place! The beach is an easy walk across the road, and is away from most of the large crowds so it is easy to find your own space. The lagoon access is also a nice feature. The kids like going there to search for crabs and whatever else is hanging out in the water. The condo was well stocked with most things we needed and it is an easy an drive to the grocery store for food and supplies. We would definitely stay here again! else is hangong

This area of the beach is less crowded and the property is just a few steps away from the beach on one side and the lagoon on the other. The complex is just 14 units, so it's not crowded. We love to relax on the deck swing in the evenings and our kids love to fish off the dock on the lagoon and play in the surf on the beach.
