It was an unforgettable spring vacation. Very clean house, located near the beach. Nice area and everything is not far from the center of Alys Beach.

The house was very pretty and clean but when I reserved this house I was under the impression that we would have access to the neighborhood from 30A but this was not the case. The only gate we could use by car was off of highway 98. When I reserved the property I also asked if golf carts were allowed, they assured me that they were so we rented one the entirety of our stay. Once there we found out that golf carts are not even allowed in Seacrest. We didn’t use the golf cart once and payed a lot of money for it.

Beautiful Home for our Birthday celebration!

This is quite the big, beautiful home! Very accommodating in a great location! Beautifully decorated! Great swimming pool! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping! Would suggest maybe a bag or two of coffee to welcome guests for their first morning before getting to the grocery store. Would be nice to supply a print out with shuttle service, restaurant recommendations and reminder for the many codes. Other than that, communication with the manager was a quick reply.. we had a wonderful week! Too bad our weather wasn’t better the second half of the trip. However, it was a great home to be in while it rained !!!

Beautiful house and well decorated as listed in a quiet neighborhood with a great pool. The host was also very nice/responsive. Our kids loved being able to ride bikes around and we felt it safe.The problem is it’s too far away from beach access with no way to get there. Seacrest deeded access does not include the Seacrest tram and it’s my fault for not asking that question specifically when I booked. For people staying with families this was an issue as we had no way to get there easily other than to drive to public access which is what we ended up doing. Lucky for us our friends across the street had a driver contracted with their house that we were able to use. I can’t believe their house had this and ours didn’t. Parking is limited on property…3 spots is a stretch because the tiny golf cart size garage has bikes in it and cannot fit a mid size car so really only 2 usable spots. We parked with our car hanging out hoping no one would steal anything since we couldn’t close the garage. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked with pots to cook for the crew of 11 we had. Coastal had sent us an email detailing out amenities that would be provided but they were not there for us…perhaps the previous tenant used it all. The only thing stocked was dishwasher pods. We had our own so no big deal but if it’s not going to be stocked I certainly wouldn’t send an email to guests letting them know it was there for them. It was a nice gesture had it actually be the case.
