Awesome 3 level home with pond view and no backyard neighbors! Enjoy the view and waterfowl while staying! This home consists of over 3500 square foot of living space.

The main level has 10 foot ceilings,large kitchen with custom cabinetry, gas stove and 8 foot island! Open living room with view to pond has large fireplace with beautiful stone from floor to ceiling. Off of the dining room you will find the three season room with another fireplace that leads to the fenced in backyard. Also a bedroom with a full size bed and half bathroom.

Travel upstairs and you will find another loft living area with sink, keurig coffee maker, compact refrigerator and two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Also on the upper level you will find the large master suite with walk in closet and large master bath with double sinks and tile walk in shower.

The lower level of the home has another large living room with a fireplace, kitchinette, two more bedrooms and another full bath! Don't forget about the backyard with the pond view and concrete patio. There is also a large 3 stall garage for your use

This was an incredible home with so much attention to detail! The hosts were so quick with communication and have truly thought of so many extras for their property that just made for a seamless and enjoyable trip. We stayed at the house for our daughter's graduation from Avera. The house exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout - light switches and remotes are labeled, plenty of stools and chairs so we could all eat together, smalls fans in the bedrooms in addition to the ceiling fans. Hands down, the best rental we have ever stayed at. Thank you for helping to make this a memorable trip for our family!

Beautiful place with nice views of the pond from the back of the house with the big windows on the main level and master bedroom. Just be aware the master is on the upper level if you have someone staying that can’t do stairs and were expecting a main floor master. There is only 1 bedroom on the main floor and that is a full size bed for 1 person. The place was stocked with all the extras you would ever need. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Gift of Life Transplant House Reunion

We are a group of 4 couples that met in Rochester, MN. One in each of our couples had a transplant. Heart, kidney, liver, and stem cells. We came from Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Sioux Falls was a great central meeting place for all of us to celebrate our 1 year. This house was perfect! It was very spacious and extremely clean. Check in was very easy. The house had everything we needed! Hoping to come back again next year! Thank you!
