This property is an ideal getaway for 2 people for a few days in Branson. We were there for a dance performance at Clay Cooper Theatre and it was a short drive. Perfect if you're planning lots of activities with a nice place to rest and relax. The bed was comfortable and other amenities were adequate. We made coffee each morning, brought our own K-cups, not provided, and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Host was quick to respond. Plenty of soft towels and toiletries. We didn't cook, but there were ample dishes and kitchen items for a quick meal. Small refrigerator for food/drink storage. The space is tastefully decorated and makes a relaxed and charming efficiency-like place to stay.

The location was good being only 10-15 minutes from just about everything. The listing states it is 1 bedroom, this is incorrect. The property is 1 room. Living room, kitchen and bedroom all in 1. There isn’t anywhere to sit to watch TV unless you want to sit on the bed (which has a mattress as thick as a futon, be prepared for back aches) so bring chairs if that’s what you want to do at the end of the day to wind down and relax. The patio was in bad shape, screen door hanging on by a thread, outside carpet mangled and a tripping hazard and chairs were covered in dirt and debris. There were lights out above the bathroom vanity which wasn’t that big of deal but still should have been replaced. The bathroom, bathtub/shower and bathroom vanity were disgusting and definitely not cleaned before we arrived. There were tiny hairs (like someone had shaved) all over the vanity and there was old shampoo/soap stuck to the bathtub as well as hair everywhere. The property has not been maintained or kept up at all. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

The host communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time. Keyless entry was easy. The room was clean. My daughters loved the pool. I appreciated how conveniently located it is between different experiences in Branson. I would absolutely stay here again.
