Common to New Orleans center-halls, there is a large balcony under the canopy of a historic oak tree.

This recently renovated apartment has an expansive kitchen with state of the art appliances and refined finishes, large bathrooms with walk in-showers, full service laundry, and free off-street parking! Guest Access:
Guests will receive a code for the keypad lock prior to check-in.

You enter the front door at ground level, there is another door at the top of the stairs that leads you into the entryway of the apartment.

The entire home and private balcony is for your exclusive use.

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, all you need is a code. There’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
