its 3 separate units so a little bit broken up but perfect for some extra space if you need it. There is not AC but so close to the ocean you get a good breeze and fun to be on the boardwalk. We rented 8ft tables and chairs so we could do a paint and sip on the patio. Great week in Newport.

Great location, walkable to the Fun Zone and restaurants and the pier is the highlight here. We had all three units for 8 bedrooms that I would say really sleep 14 people but you do have a pull-out sofa bed in each of the three living rooms. Communication, check-in and supplies within the place were all great! Big front patio on the strand is great too and we even had a catered lunch for 22 people out on the patio.
