Nicest rental on the peninsula -- Newly constructed in 2015 with gourmet kitchen -- subzero, wolf appliances, and great room with fireplace that opens to a giant patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and great room to give the true indoor/outdoor living. One covered parking space, and one garage space (tandem). On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the newly opened Marina Park. Two Master bedrooms with king beds and private baths. Two bedrooms with queen beds (and one additional toddler bed), and one with a full/twin bunk. One bedroom on ground level, 4 upstairs. One bathroom on ground level, 3 upstairs. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all cooking and serving supplies included. 65" 4K TV in family room plus 3 additional tvs in bedrooms, Wifi, Cable TV, Conveniently located between the Newport and Balboa piers, close proximity to many restaurants, bars, boat and bike rentals. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check out is by 11 am. Please take all personal items and food out of the unit and refrigerator. Make sure all trash is bagged and put in the cans in the carport.
Do not leave dishes in the sink, but you may load and start the dishwasher and make sure to return clean dishes to their proper cabinets. If you used the BBQ, make sure to brush it off well.
Strip any used beds and pile any used towels Wash sand off beach chairs, toys & boogie boards & return to the garage. Make sure lights & a/c off and lock the door and return key to the garage drawer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
