For me, this neighborhood feels like community — friendly neighbors, local businesses, and real people — not just tourist spots.

We also offer free private parking, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a comfortable setup whether you’re here to relax or work remotely.
What guests appreciate most, though, is the flexibility. We offer early check-in at 2 PM and late check-out at 2 PM whenever possible, and we’re very easygoing with schedules. If you need anything at all, it’s just one text or phone call — I’m local and always happy to help.
