Disappointed
Check-in was simple but despite a good layout for 2 couples sharing the space, a super view and a central location, this unit was disappointing. The kitchen was probably the biggest issue. The glass stovetop was dirty, most likely from a boiled over and burned on substance. Cooking utensils consisted of a wooden “fork”? There were a couple pieces of silverware (spoons and knives) but the forks were plastic. There were drinking glasses, plates, and a couple bowls.Most of these rentals have minimum furniture but this unit was exceptionally bare bones. No TV, one living room lamp, a couch and futon couch/bed that comprised the living room sitting options. For dining there was a small table with 4 plastic chairs as well as 2 bar height chairs for the kitchen counter. The memory foam mattress in the big bedroom was uncomfortable, the pillows were old and lumpy, covered by old, mismatched pillowcases, and a heavy comforter as the only bed cover option. The bedside tables were laughably small. There were no face towels in either bathroom, just bath and hand.The built-in double closets in the big bedroom were nice but for short stays it would’ve been nice to just have a luggage rack to keep the suitcases off the floor.
