CONDO COMPLETE REMODEL AND NEW FURNITURE IN 2020
This unit has a new beauty rest mattress, new large capacity washer/ dryer. It is fully furnished with linen, fully equipped kitchen and crock pots.
MAXIMUM GUESTS 6. King bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, set of twin bunks.This unit is PRIME VIEW of everything! Walmart is only 0.4 mile away. It is right down from THE FAMOUS PINEAPPLE WILLIES. We have Wi-Fi, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Volleyball, 2 Olympic size pools, 2 kiddie pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security ATM, Arcade, and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach. I also have a set of chairs and and UMBRELLA in my closet that you may take down on the beach. All I ask is that you rinse them off when you return them.

Very nice had construction but were very considerate of noise in morning one pool was closed and one hot tub not working very well safe place and very on top of things would stay again very relaxing with no problems at all not rowdy everybody was friendly

The property was under renovation for several months. We were notified via email the night before our arrival. The pool was only open 1 hour at noon. Patio was blocked off.Owner told me he would refund our money if we weren’t satisfied. Called him to request a refund and he told me not to call him and he hung up on me. I called customer service and they handled my complaint the way it should have been in the first. HATS OFF to VRBO and their customer service department!

Owner failed to disclose ongoing construction. It was communicated that balcony would be closed but not ongoing construction. The noise was deafening and you could not be inside. Pools were not available till noon and then only one. You had to walk around barricade to use and noise was still awful. Even out on beach noise drowned out surf. This unit should not have been available to rent during this time. Owner also claimed to be unaware of price increase for parking pass/armbands. Owner refused to let us cancel when contacted after trying to make the best of it for a day. Condo itself would have nice but not quite spit spot clean with cobwebs in lamps. Staff at The Summit were extremely nice.

Parking went up 7 dollars. The construction was discussed, she even stated she knew the balcony was closed. They were replacing all the balcony railing. Work is completed now. She waiting till half way through the stay to try to get a refund.

We had a very nice stay. The condo was comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach. The Summit seems to be super focused on guest and property safety. It is under renovation now so some of the property is blocked off.

Great location, room very clean husband did not care for the carpet in the livingroom. Bathroom lock to master needs to be changed so you can lock the door the knob it is on backwards. We had a great trip and would book again in the future.

Why they chose this property

The tiki bar is great. The summit is self contained and has an on site restaurant, store and is so close to Walmart! We have a game room, ice cream parlor and so much more. I like that I can see the ocean from any of our units. Most popular spring break place to STAY!!
