Perfect location! We loved being right in the heart of downtown and soaking up the energy of the area. The property was very well equipped, and the starter kitchen and bathroom supplies were very much appreciated. The space was extremely comfortable. Communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent, and check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a bright and well-equipped space. It was a perfect location for exploring Maryville and the surrounding environment. It was easy to find great restaurants to try, shops to visit, and Maryville's beautiful greenway was just steps away.

Fabulous downtown location

Checking in, our first impression was one of cleanliness and relaxation. The space is well-layed out and nicely decorated. Our King bed was very comfortable. The blinds give a nice vibe, but the addition of using the optional black out drapes was wonderful. We would definately stay again. This loft did not disappoint.

Great location to downtown.

Apartment is comfortable, roomy and has modern furnishings. Premium bedding, pillows, and sound machine provide a wonderful night's rest amidst downtown hustle. Comfortable furnishings, blankets and games. Wonderful location in downtown and plenty of parking. For the price paid, bathroom could use a deep cleaning and suggest providing some bottled water, but wasn't a big issue for us or enough to hamper our overall stay. HIGHLY recommend Bella the restaurant below for a nice dinner. Some of the best italian food we've had. Would stay again.

The apartment was very nice and had a lot of charm, exposed brick and original wood floors.The listing did say that there would be some noise from the restaurant below. I wish this was the only noise. The street noise during the evening and the food delivery truck, to the restaurant on Friday morning, at 4am was loud.The parking lot across the street was convenient, however it filled up quickly in the evening. So if you took you car out of the lot and came back later, you had to sit in you car and wait for a spot to become available.

While we do share in our listing that the restaurant below can cause some sound, we know it can still affect the experience. Regarding parking, I wanted to clarify that the lot across the street actually has two additional garage levels beneath street level that typically have ample availability, even when the top lot is full.
