Fantastic Lakefront Muskoka Cottage. 3 finished levels, over 3000sq'. On Snowmobile trail, cozy 12' stone Fireplace & heated floors though the winter, great fishing, boating, water sports & the amazing views from the large dock, deck or 16 picture windows wall looking out to Lake from the Cottage!
The Space
Incredible new modern pine log cottage. Fantastic setting with awesome views of picturesque lake. Perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, water sports or just enjoying the sun from the large dock or huge deck. Bring your own boat with a public launch just a couple cottages down, and/or use the kayak and stand-up paddle board provided, to tour this amazing lake, perfect for anything you desire. This lake is also the only lake that has a stream leading into the big, "Lake of Bays" that you can boat through for an all day boating adventure if you choose.
On year round maintained, paved road. 2 kms from Hwy#117, and 5 mins from popular Dorset! Has Robinson's store voted Canada's Best General Store for Groceries, Hardware, Giftshop, Clothing, LCBO, Beer etc. Dorset has an excellent Patio/Restaurant on Lake of Bays, as well as other restaurants, ice cream shops, Marina for boat rentals, docking, fuel etc.
Cottage is right between 2 snowmobile trails, and 1 that crosses our lake right in front of cottage.
Paint Lake is an amazing mid sized lake that attaches to the larger, popular Lake of Bays for longer day trips.
Public Boat Launch just 3 cottages down the road from Cottage.
30 Minutes from Bracebridge and 30 minutes from Huntsville.
Lesss than 2 hours from Toronto! Stop at Webber's Burgers, on the way up, just 1 hour from Cottage!
