This place was a home away from home! We had such a wonderful stay. The host kept me well informed and responded quickly when we reached out. The condo was clean and the beds were SO comfortable. There was also beach towels and all the things you could need to have a day out on the beach. (Chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler and even a cart to haul it on!) We would absolutely stay again!

Room was spotless, the view is terrific, beach access and views are amazing, the ocean was beautiful. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully, I’ll be able to come back again!

We just returned from a 6 night stay as a family of 5 and we were so pleased with our stay. The unit was extremely clean and offered all the things we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The communication with the owner was fantastic which made the whole process a breeze. The balcony view is gorgeous, the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys was fantastic and saved us from needing to rent them! We would 100% stay there again!!

We had a nice stay. Dan thought of all the little things like chairs, dishes, beach towels etc. that made our stay much easier. The margarita maker was a plus! Room was as described/pictured. Communication with Dan was also easy and clear.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was clean and comfortable, and the property was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, plus thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and sand toys - which were perfect for our beach days. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved spending time at the pool and having easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

The condo worked great for our group. Our only issues were related to the building and management company. Elevators were down when we checked in. Condo was on 11th floor. Not good for 70 grandparents. Management and security would not send any help. Down day 1 for almost 4 hours. 2nd day down again for a couple of hours. Poor communication between management and owners and guests.

We had the best stay at edgeater resort. The communication between the host was great. He answered every question i had quickly. The condo was plenty of space for the 7 of us with an awesome ocean view. We cant wait to stay here again!

We have never stayed in a cleaner room. I loved having beach towels, hair dryers along with many items for the beach provided for our use. Room decor was great! Owner was very responsive. No complaints.

All instructions, detailing check-in, what is expected of us tenants, amenities (inside and outside) the condo, and check-out, were very easy to follow. The condo is beautiful and provided us with everything we needed! I even made brownies! The coffee/wine/margarita bar with the lights...WOW. I would definitely visit again!

Great host and well appointed unit

I came to Edgewater for a dance competition located at the resort’s convention center with my daughter. This unit looked great online and I want to add to the excellent reviews. While PCB can seem a little dated, this unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Check in and parking were a breeze as well as accessibility to the pool and beach and restaurants right across the street. Nice touches to have beach toys and towels available! Thanks so much for making our trip hassle free!

Balcony facing in the ocean, beautiful

I access the unit with no issues. It was very clean very modern set up well the location is in the heart of Panama. The swimming pool at the Edgewater resort is probably the best in Panama City Beach. I have stayed at various places and I must say I will be going back to this particular place. I have no complaints.
