Gorgeous historic and fully renovated home overlooking the scenic Lakebottom Park in Midtown! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is walking distance to the trails, track, playground, Midtown restaurants, and grocery. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch with park views.

Only 10 minutes from Ft. Moore and a quick ride to Downtown Columbus, full of great restaurants, shops, and whitewater rafting. The cozy convenience of this home is perfect for your next getaway or visit to see your loved ones.

We live in the neighborhood and are available on short notice to help with any needed accommodations.

Located in the Lakebottom/Weracoba Park of Historic Midtown Columbus, this home is in a quaint, active, and friendly neighborhood. Centrally located in Columbus.

The driveway fits at least 3 cars and there is additional street parking, if needed. From here you can walk to any location in or around the park, to include local restaurants such as Parker's Pantry, Jarfly, Wicked Hen, and Midtown Coffee House, and a grocery store.

This property has two other small units on it. You may see other guests walking by from time to time, but there is no shared access to this listing.
Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm. Loud noise after this time, especially on the porches, can be disturbing to the neighbors.

Quaint house, great location within walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shop. Owner was very responsive to messages. My son had his turning blue ceremony, so the house was a great place for him to relax.

Unfortunately, Sofia never actually stayed at our property. Due to a rare scheduling mistake by our cleaning team, the home was not yet ready at the time of her arrival. We immediately acknowledged the error, offered to resolve it within the hour, and extended a sincere apology along with waiving the cleaning fee and first night's stay. Instead, Sofia declined our offer and requested a full refund. Given that she did not stay at the property and was fully refunded, it's disappointing to see a 1-star review left under these circumstances. While we accept responsibility for the initial inconvenience, this review does not reflect the quality of the home or the guest experience we strive to provide. It is troubling that VRBO allows permanent, public reviews from guests who never stayed—especially when the issue was resolved to their complete financial satisfaction. We believe reviews should accurately reflect a stay, not be used punitively. We remain committed to transparency, hospitality, and integrity—and we encourage future guests to read our many positive reviews for a more accurate picture of the experience we provide.
