Enjoy this charming house in Sun City & watch the sun rise from the back yard. This house has 3 bedrooms including a king, a queen, and a twin (trundle) bed/office. There are 2 bathrooms with showers & one has a tub/shower combo. Enjoy the convenience of in unit washer & dryer, forced Air Heat & AC and Wi-Fi during your stay. A great place to call home base while you're away, This home is on the south course in Sun City, close to spring league baseball, hiking in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains, as well road riding & Sun City's fabulous rec facilities, There is also an option to rent our street legal golf cart for $500 a month if it's available.

This Sun City home was quiet and comfortable. Furnishings were new and supplies well stocked. Took a risk renting a brand new vrbo and so happy we did!

House had everything needed. Owner incredibly helpful when we had a small snafu. Highly recommend. Great area, easy to get around. Great amenities.

One of the best houses ever!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO houses but this was the best appointed house I've ever enjoyed. From the kitchenwares, to the linens, the paper goods, and shampoos were all top-notch! The house is well laid out and easily slept four women. The view of the golf course made morning coffee a delight. Both showers were so nicely done. Great water pressure and nice bathroom fixtures and linens. The heating system was a dream to control and set. This is a first class rental and we will try to snag it again!
